#summervacation #tripfoodie As much as we wanted to enjoy this meal, it left much to be desired. We had previously tried the location in Kuta as we enjoyed that branch. Besides the look and set up, the food was far inferior. We ordered a couple portions of bbq, budae jigage, and the tteokbokki. Aside from the side dishes being fine, the mains were a let down. The meat portions were tiny for 100k per dish and the seasoning was so sweet. The tteokbokki was overcooked and the rice cakes disintegrated which was making it difficult to eat. We unfortunately don’t recommend this location. The staff was super nice and attentive. The location is great with a nice mall called Samasta. When you go to Korean bbq restaurants around the world, you expect a certain caliber of food, but not here. Hope they can improve on that department. #tripfoodie#summervacation

#summervacation #tripfoodie Barrels is one of the few restaurants at this location that has stayed open continuously over the last year, and they are doing a remarkable job serving fresh and delicious food. The staff here are kind, friendly and accommodating, especially bli Ari who knows the menu well and makes excellent recommendations on food and wine pairings. Every dish we have tried has been well prepared and presented, and I would especially like to thank chefs Anip and Gina, for the amazing tenderloin on our last visit. It was prepared perfectly! #tripfoodie
