Pursuing the sacred Mount Agung

#balionbudget We all know the sacred place Mount Agung has in the hearts of Balinese. But on the mainland, it takes a lot of luck to be able to witness the majestic mountain due to mist when we’re in the mountain itself—at least both of my visits to the mainland I wasn’t able to see it at all. However, on Nusa Penida, the northeast coast in particular, not only I managed to see it the whole morning, it’s accompanied with different sorts of interesting foreground. I couldn’t say how surreal some of the million dollar views are. And most importantly it’s completely free! All it takes is a bike, and explore the coastline on it! P/S: I did it on the same day to diamond beach coz the routes overlap quite a bit.
