Le Meridien Bali - Right in front of the beach where you can eat seafood BBQ

🔷What is Ikan Bakar? Ikan Bakar is a Balinese specialty where you can enjoy a seafood barbecue while watching the sunset on the beach. Many people visit as part of a tour, but I personally recommend sampling the various restaurants on Jimbaran Beach, a long-standing beach. While all the restaurants recommend a set menu that includes barbecue, rice, and side dishes, the portions are so large that we prefer to order à la carte. 🔷How to Choose an Ikan Bakar Restaurant The beach restaurants in front of the Meridien tend to be popular with tour groups and relatively pricey. However, being within walking distance of your hotel is convenient for those who don't want to take a taxi after dark or for families with small children. For a quieter beach experience and more affordable ikan bakar, I recommend the restaurants around Jimbaran Beach Cafe, about 10 minutes north of here. 🔷Le Meridien Bali, Jimbaran Recommended Points ⚫︎Location Above all, the location is great—you can walk to Ikan Bakar. You can also walk to cafes, nail salons, and more by going to the street opposite the beach. Some reviews have mentioned that the fumes from the curling salon can be bothersome in the evenings, but since our room was the farthest from the beach, it wasn't a big deal. Also, the airport is only about a 15-minute taxi ride away, so we usually stay here on the day of arrival or the day before flying back home. ⚫︎Spacious Rooms❣️ All rooms at Le Meridien Bali are spacious and spacious. We requested birthday decorations for our child in advance, and they installed balloons and a children's tent, and even provided a birthday cake and sweets. Some reviews have mentioned the room being dated and damp, but we didn't notice any issues. ⚫︎Even Gold Elite members enjoy a variety of hospitality experiences❣️ I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member, and in addition to the aforementioned celebration for my child's birthday, I received other special hospitality, such as a room upgrade and a second welcome drink delivered to my room. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'd like to return.
