Crystal Luxury Bay Resort Nusa Dua

#balihotel one of the hotels in Nusa Dua, precisely on the main road by pass Mumbul. The location is before the Nusa Dua toll gate. All the rooms have double beds with bathtubs, only the twin rooms have a shower in the bathroom. the rooms and overall hotel are clean and tidy, some spots are also good such as the pool on the rooftop and the pool on the 2nd floor, there are also facilities such as billiards. However, the basement looks like it hasn't been lived in for a long time and hasn't been looked after at all. The variety of breakfast food is quite large and interesting but the taste is far from 5 star class. Room service, especially via telephone, is very unresponsive. With an area of 42sqm, it's quite spacious compared to hotels of the same price around here. There are three types of view options here, namely City view, bay view and pool view for the deluxe room, the only difference is the view. Apart from deluxe rooms, there are also types that use a Jacuzy and a presidential suite. The main pool is wide, some are open and there are also those with roofs, so for those who don't want to get hot, it's really suitable for swimming here. But when I got there the chairs on the roof were still being renovated so they couldn't sit on them yet but I could just use the upper pool. Last night we stayed here with our family and booked a family suite.... the room was comfortable, the AC was cold, clean, the bathroom and toilet were clean and the water was smooth. Yesterday afternoon swimming on the rooftop while enjoying the sunset and this morning soaking in the jacuzzi... the dinner was also delicious, the price was worth it... the breakfast was also delicious, lots of menu choices and the staff were all friendly.
