Today, we will take you to see the first sunrise on Mount Batur. Mount Batur is located in the east of Bali, Indonesia, and is near Kintamani Village, surrounded by mountains and a large lake. Mount Batur is 1,717 meters above sea level, allowing tourists who climb to the top of the volcano to see a 360-degree view of the surrounding area. To visit, we chose to stay in Kintamani and had a jeep pick us up from our accommodation at 4:00 a.m. The drive took about 40 minutes to reach the area where we could see the light. We got to see beautiful views amidst the cool air and had a lot of fun taking pictures of light and shadow. There is a tea and coffee shop upstairs and a bathroom. The price of the car rental depends on the distance of our accommodation. There were 8 of us and the price was Rp250,000 per person. We used 3 cars. I would like to recommend that all the jeep drivers speak English quite well. They take beautiful pictures. Most importantly, they are friendly and very cute.
