Checking in at the Eco Six Bali Hotel is like diving straight into jungle life. Be aware that you will encounter a host of jungle creatures such as bugs, lizards, bees, and other small animals. It's all part of the deal, as the top floor of the villas is pretty much open to nature. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are more enclosed, but you might still get some bug visitors due to the opening and closing of doors. The villas themselves are amazing—all built of bamboo, clean, and with breathtaking views. They serve all meals inside your villa, which is pretty neat, as there's no restaurant within the villas. The staff is friendly and quick to attend to any of your needs. It's a great place, and the hotel also adds some bug-proofing measures like mosquito nets, sprays, or ultrasound, which work well. If you enjoy the jungle vibe, staying here for a night or two will be a wonderful experience.
