A Purification Rituals at Tirta Empul, absolutely a spiritually enlightening experience!

It's a perfect introduction to Balinese culture and a must visit place in Bali. We had arrived there at 9.30am morning, bought the admission ticket inclusive a sarong rental. This Hindu Balinese temple has a bathing area containing holy spring water for purification rituals. There was quite a long queue. Awaiting around 30 min to bath in the holy spring water, it was literally a spiritually enlightening experience! The surrounding architecture, gardens and koi pond were stunning, adding the exotic vibe of the temple. ▶Admission fee is IDR 50,000(RM 14) per pax, Sarong rental for purification rituals is IDR 10,000(RM 2.80). ▶Operating hours: Open daily from 8 am – 6 pm.
