Tanah Lot Temple, Bali - Land in the Sea

#wheretogo Tanah Lot Temple is one of the major attractions in Bali. The beach at Tanah Lot has black volcanic sand, and the whole setting is mystical. The temple really does look like it’s floating on the sea. I visited the Tanah Lit during low tide so managed to walk out to the rock and get a closer look at the wooden temple buildings, which are just 30 meters from the shore. As it’s seated above the sea, there was more soothing cold breeze flowing throughout the beach. I also got to enjoy the best views of Tanah Lot temple from the cliff terrace near the temple, where the island can be seen from above and watch the waves crashing on it.The whole experience was holy and blissful. #tanahlottemplebali #bali #timetotravel
