Morning Yoga: Morning yoga is available for free from 7:30am at Pantai karang beach in Sanur. Many people, including tourists and locals, participate. Yoga teachers are volunteers. It's not in Japanese, but it's fine as long as you do the poses while looking around. Yoga is more about breathing and meditation than poses! Doing yoga while listening to the sound of the waves at Sanur Beach, famous for its morning sun, will refresh you and help you start your day. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, water, and a towel. That's all! As soon as you enter the entrance to Pantai karang beach, you'll find people preparing their yoga mats.
