Authentic Balinese cooking class in Ubud

#myperfectstaycation It was one of the best dish we have ever cook and tasted in the deep forest of Ubud where we attending a cooking class located 30 mins into the hillside of Ubud. Run and organize by the experience lady Poan, this cooking class gave us the insight of how rich and wonderful Balinese food is. We were able to learn up to 5-7 dishes plus dessert within 2 hours and took some food home as well. I don’t think we would ever be able to recreate these beautiful food at home with all the complicated method and spices needed but we were thankful to cook such authentic food.
