Trip to Las Casas and Antipolo, Philippines 🇵🇭

It was a weekend getaway trip to Las Casas and Antipolo, Philippines. We started the trip by visiting Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, a heritage resort in Bagac, Bataan, and were mesmerized by the beautifully restored Spanish-Filipino ancestral houses 🏘️ As we explored the cobblestone streets, each corner felt like a scene from a historical film. I would highly recommend taking photos 📸at the grand Plaza Mayor, the iconic stone bridges, and along the beach 🏝️ with the dramatic old-world architecture as your backdrop. The guided heritage tours added depth to our visit, offering stories of Filipino history and culture. For photography, the golden hour (early morning or just before sunset) is perfect, the soft light enhances the intricate details of the heritage houses and reflects beautifully on the surrounding waters 😍 📍 Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, Barangay Ibaba, Bagac, Bataan We also explored Antipolo City, which is known for its panoramic views, pilgrimage sites, and vibrant art scene. We started our day at the Pinto Art Museum, a photographer’s paradise with its white-washed Mediterranean-style architecture, art galleries, and lush gardens. Every corner here is Instagram-worthy! We also visited the Antipolo Cathedral, a serene and picturesque spot 📸 for both cultural and spiritual experiences. For sunset 🌅 lovers, head to Cloud 9 View Deck, where we caught breathtaking views of Metro Manila as the city lights began to twinkle ✨ The hanging bridge here adds a touch of adventure and is an amazing spot for photos 📸 I would recommend timing your visit to Pinto Art Museum in the morning when the lighting is best for outdoor shots and saving the Cloud 9 View Deck for the late afternoon to enjoy the sunset 🌅 Pinto Art Museum 📍1 Sierra Madre St, Grand Heights Subdivision, Antipolo, Rizal Antipolo Cathedral 📍Z.
