VISITING ASHIKAGA FLOWER PARK IN SPRING

#cherryblossom25 Ashikaga Flower Park in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan is a massive garden where lush flowers bloom prettily in pink and purple hues, especially during spring. While the wisteria flowers are the spotlight, the park is also home to a wide variety of seasonal flowers such as tulips, roses, and azaleas throughout the year. What's even interesting is the purple ice cream booth to match the wisteria theme flowers, a perfect sweet treat while soaking in the beautiful park. Getting here from Tokyo is convenient. Just take the JR Utsunomiya Line or Shinkansen to Oyama Station, then transfer to the JR Ryomo Line to reach Ashikaga Flower Park Station. The entire journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, and the park is open from 10 am till 5 pm daily.
