Have you ever seen a pagoda with a large top and small bottom, like a horn? The Wenfeng Pagoda, also known as the Tianning Temple Pagoda, is located in Tianning Temple. It was built in the Later Zhou Dynasty of the Five Dynasties period. It is a brick and wood structure, dense eaves-style pagoda, with a total height of 38.65 meters, divided into five floors. The pagoda is octagonal in shape, with high reliefs of Buddhist stories on the eight sides of the first floor. The pagoda body expands outward from bottom to top, forming a horn (or umbrella) shape with a large top and small bottom, which is rare in China.
