Food to eat the day before a long-term overseas trip

What do you eat before a long trip? I think I eat sweet potato pizza and mala-tang at Pizza School rather than Korean food. I don't know why, but it's really delicious, and I eat that combination most of the time. Or sometimes I eat sweet potato pizza and yeop-tteok at Pizza School.
