Whether you're looking for fashion brands, souvenirs, Dutch design items, or local treats like cheese, waffles, fries, and more, you can find them all in the city center of Amsterdam. The Netherlands is home to many unique shops, but I personally love the small items in traditional markets. Souvenirs are often cheaper when purchased at markets. Overall, if you love shopping, you won't leave empty-handed. After all, Europe is a place where even window shopping feels delightful (haha). Personally, I find Kalverstraat (Calf Street) and De 9 Straatjes (The Nine Streets) great for shopping. But of course, my favorite would still be the markets.
