#100waysoftravel I’ve had an 8 hours (10pm - 6am) layover in Amsterdam recently, and here are some of my top tips for you the make the most out of your overnight transit: ⛴️ Recommendation 1: take a stroll along the river towards city centre - it’s a vey safe and peaceful walk, and you’ll get to catch some amazing night cityscape boats and lights! 🚨 Recommendation 2: walk around the centre district and explore the culture - this is the best area to stroll around at night and it’s most lively from 8 pm - 2 am. ⛪️ Reccomendation 3: Check out the iconic local landmarks at night including the cathedral and city hall - not only are these buildings beautiful with the specially designed lighting, you also get to enjoy taking as many pictures as you want without the day time crowds! #europe #amsterdam #layover #netherlands #100waysoftravel #summer #mytravelhacks #localguides #solotrip #solotravel
