[Akita] Enjoy Akita Kiritanpo!

If you think of Akita Prefecture, you think of Kiritanpo! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who thinks the same. They offer a variety of services for tourists. They explain the history of Kiritanpo in a detailed picture story, and let you hold a sample of the ingredients when you take a photo. They also recommended an item that wasn't on the menu, so I ordered it. It used to be a high-class fish, but now it's a popular fish in Akita Prefecture. The meat was soft and fluffy and delicious. The interior of the building is so well-made that you could mistake it for a cultural facility, and I'd like to go back again. #besttrip2023
