Windsor Castle is one of the residences of Queen Elizabeth of England. Since you are in London, of course you have to visit this century-old castle and station in the suburbs. Now it has become a large shopping mall and a historic train station. The nearby businesses usually open at almost 10am. We ordered coffee and bacon and tomato bread (freshly baked and delicious) here. I have drunk almost a year's worth of Taiwanese coffee in the UK and even know what a flat white is. The weather in Bath is much warmer than London. There are endless souvenir shops here. It is very comfortable to walk on the streets. We actually ate authentic Italian gelato in the UK 🥹😘🍦🍨 We ordered chocolate, strawberry, and peach flavors. The peach flavor was unexpectedly delicious 🥳🤩😋 In fact, this store is not expensive, only £4.5 for two flavors Now I really want to stay in London for a month. For breakfast, we buy milk and chocolate oatmeal to eat in the hotel, or stock up on some bread. For dinner, we have wolfberry vegetarian noodles (delicious) and three bowls of instant noodles brought from Taiwan PX Mart. Because eating out is too expensive, we also went to Chinatown to buy Master Kong beef noodles. Because the hotel we stayed in was not located in the center of London, the prices at the nearby fried chicken shops and convenience stores were much cheaper. Although Harvester is a chain restaurant, the quality is not bad and it is quite affordable. Each main course whether adult menu or Kids menu includes a buffet salad bar😍, for children to have their own food is happy, younger brother likes salad pasta, brother likes bread, he eats salad bar are full 😅. The main course we thought his ribs were quite tasty, the outer layer of charcoal grilled taste was great, the meat was soft and off the bone 👍🏻. I highly recommend the Kids menu here, which is super affordable and large, we ordered the mini burger £6.99, cheese & Tomato Pizza £5.99, and included 1 side 1 dish and free dessert (& free salad bar). Although the children's meal dessert is free, there are many choices😍. We chose a Build your own sundae, beautiful and large portion, very attractive, children will love ❤️. A great place to hangout with family and friends. We reached there at around 10 am and thought that we are very early and what will we do for the entire day. But as the day passed we found it very difficult to cover the entire resort in that limited time. The resorts closing time is 6pm however we left ad around 6.45 and there was a huge crowd which did so. And even after leaving that late we were thinking that we could spend more time there. Since it's summer holidays and especially we went there on a bank holiday it was super crowded and busy. The first ride we took had a waiting time of around an hour. And all the major rides had the same waiting time but all were worth the wait. The rides I liked specially were the water splash, the haunted house and the fairy tale ride. The fairy tale ride was so fascinating that we took it twice, and also because it was not that busy. It is recommended that you take spare clothes if you want to indulge in the water rides. #Parks with sand play Once I was thinking of going to Legoland🏰, but I didn't check that it wasn't open. I drove an hour and a half to go home for no reason. I was so angry that I found a sand-playing park nearby😬, I didn't expect it to be quite fun, quite suitable for twins to play! In many parks in the UK, there are Ziplines, the twins play as soon as they see it, here is no exception 🙌🏻. On the pirate ship ⚓️, there is a device to install some sand on and off, quite special because the first time to play, the twins feel very fresh, this part has been played for a long time 😅. Many tourists want to go to Windsor to see the castle. But not all the visitors notice that actually there’s an interesting place to see just near the castle in Windsor. The River Thames is separating Windsor from Eton and the riverside pier on the Windsor side is definitely worth seeing! I know those swans are mainly there because people feed them but it’s really amazing. Despite the fact that I’m from Finland which almost considers swans to be national birds, I have never seen so many swans in one place and from so near. The swans and some geese and ducks too do profit on the attention given to them. People can buy relatively cheap bags of food and feed them.
