I stopped by here when I went sightseeing in Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture. It's a lovely colonial-style building located right next to the World Heritage Site "Mitsumi Nishiko". It was originally an inn and restored in 1905. The building is used as a rest area, and there were two music events being held when I visited. Kumamon with his beard was very cute.
