The Palacio D'Abraxas was one of the locations of Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 2. It was the scene of a battle. The site fits perfectly in the imaginary universe where the buildings are post modern. The architectural style is futuristic and almost brutalist and almost feels out of place and as such it feels quite cool to walk through. The real location is actually apartment buildings and the area can be a bit dodgy so do try going only during the daytime. Also try not to wander too deep inside. It is easily accessible by RER. The Ibis is an affordable hotel That's near transport and a shopping mall. By taking the RER A, you can get into central Paris in around 35 mins. The hotel is also around 10 mins walk from the train station, which is also where the shopping mall is located. The staff are very welcoming, courteous, warm and kind. Whereas the rooms are basic but adequate. There wasn't an awful lot of sound from the outside but the noise from the highway could be faintly heard from the rooms.
