9:30 - 11:30 From Qingyun Market, walk to Liuhou Park, located right in the city center, very convenient. This is the place commemorating the great Tang dynasty writer Liu Zongyuan. The ancient and elegant Liuhou Shrine, the serene Luo Pond, and various stone inscriptions offer a stroll where you can enjoy Jiangnan garden-like scenery and feel the rich historical and cultural atmosphere. 13:00 - 15:00 Take a taxi to Longtan Park, a hidden gem in Liuzhou, free to enter and unbelievably beautiful! Green mountains and clear waters, the pond is crystal clear, and there are buildings in the styles of ethnic minorities like the Zhuang and Dong. It’s perfect for photos. Food Recommendations
1. Luosifen (Snail Noodles): How can you come to Liuzhou without trying Luosifen? Any roadside shop will have good taste. The sourness of bamboo shoots, the freshness of snail soup, and the spiciness of chili perfectly blend. One bite of noodles and one sip of soup is simply addictive. Recommended is Ah Hua Luosifen at Shengli BBQ City, loved by many locals.
2. Duck Feet Pot: Soft duck feet stewed with potatoes, taro, dried tofu skin, and other side dishes in rich broth, melting in your mouth and extremely satisfying. It’s a regular dish on Liuzhou dining tables.
