A taxi or airport bus from the airport to the city center costs around CNY 30–40. 🚗 Car: Driving is a convenient option for those traveling from nearby cities. Taxis are readily available within the city. 🏨 Accommodation Recommendations: Choose accommodation near Wuxing Pedestrian Street or Yintai City for convenient access to transportation and nearby attractions. ✅ Must-See Attractions 1️⃣ Longtan Park This Monet-inspired park is a place you'll want to visit again and again. It features stunning karst landscapes and showcases the cultural heritage of southern China's ethnic minorities. Stepping into the park is like entering a dreamlike painting. 2️⃣ Water Bus Take a ride from Nanchedu Ferry Terminal to Dongdi Ferry Terminal. Along the way, you'll see Jiangbin Park, Liuzhou Confucian Temple, Panlongshan Park, Yaobu Ancient Town, and Liuzhou Industrial Museum. There's even a waterfall between the Confucian Temple and Yaobu Ancient Town—a perfect photo opportunity when the waterfall is flowing! 3️⃣ Yaobu Ancient Town I recommend visiting at night to experience the enchanting scenery. Every step reveals a new sight, a blend of Liuzhou's past and present. Immerse yourself in the city's unique charm and tranquility. 4️⃣ Liuzhou Musical Fountain The water jets illuminate the night sky with a dazzling display of colors, creating a series of captivating scenes. In Liuzhou! The only place I want to visit countless times is Monet Park, truly a treasure trove of tourist attractions. This large scenic area combines karst landscapes, the cultural charm of southern China's ethnic minorities, and subtropical karst plant landscapes! It's definitely worth a visit!! 📍Address: No. 43 Longtan Road, Yufeng District, Liuzhou City 🚘Self-driving: Navigate to Longtan Park 🚌Bus: Take bus No. 19 to Longtan Park Station and walk to the park 🎫Tickets: Free 🕗Opening hours: 07:30-22:00 🌈Recommended Check-in Spots 1️⃣Jingshan This place has become a popular check-in spot. It takes only 5 minutes to climb to the top of the mountain, making it perfect for lazy people. The view from the top is amazing! It's recommended to go up around 4 or 5 PM to see the stunning sunset! There might be a queue due to the crowd. 2️⃣Longtan Wind and Rain Bridge and Water Walkway This place is also crowded. The water walkway is usually packed with people. Many elderly people with cameras are waiting to take pictures of beautiful ladies. It's recommended to ask them to take pictures for you! A telephoto lens can avoid the crowd! The photos turn out great! 3️⃣Big Banyan Tree by the Lake You need to stand on the Wind and Rain Bridge to take pictures here. A telephoto camera or a phone with 3x zoom can also work! The scene is very picturesque. 4️⃣Longtan - Bridge Top Mountain The trail to the mountain is next to the swimming pool. The entire path is stone steps and easy to climb. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the top. The view from the top is extremely beautiful! After watching the sunset, go down early, or you will need a flashlight as it gets dark. 5️⃣Cliff Inscriptions and Crooked Neck Tree These two spots are together. You can see the clear lake water from the bridge, with groups of koi swimming around! Opposite is the Crooked Neck Tree, which is also very crowded! You need to queue up. The sparkling green lake surface is truly beautiful. 6️⃣Leitan From the back of the Crooked Neck Tree, follow the main road up. There are signs pointing towards Leitan. It's like a mini Jiuzhaigou in Liuzhou, with many small fish floating on the water surface. There are fewer people here, and you can take great photos effortlessly! ⚠️Notes 1. The drone altitude limit is 120 meters, and it can only fly to Huguang Bridge. The Wind and Rain Bridge area is a no-fly zone. 2. There are many plants in the park, so mosquito bites are inevitable. Remember to bring mosquito repellent.

Liuzhou Longtan Park Photo Travel Guide This is not Jiuzhaigou, this is Liuzhou Longtan Park! Liuzhou also has landscapes that are not inferior to Guilin! Yaobu Ancient Town ( 窯埠古鎮) is located in Liuzhou, in southern China's Guangxi Province. To get here, you can take a bus or private car. It is also just as simple to take a taxi and drop off at the entrance next to the street. The best time to visit is in the evening, when the sun sets over the river and the lights on buildings become illuminated. Walking in, you are presented with the river on the right and a collection of people selling souvenirs and snacks. Keep walking ahead towards the main square, where everything is centered around a very impressive large pavillion that stand out amongst everything else. It is very photogenic from all angles and I liked this building alot. There are various small alleys to explore, with coffee shops, bars and restaurants selling local food and many other types of cuisine. You can also view and purchase traditional arts and crafts here too. You can visit here anytime of year, but spring and summer are the best times-although beware of mosquitoes. In winter it can get a little cold in the evening next to the river. Located in the southern city of Liuzhou in China's Guangxi Province, Longtan Park is a blissful oasis of natural wonder surrounded by the urban sprawl. Getting here is very simple...taxi, private car, bus or even just walking are all fine. Entrance is free, but expect the stroll around the entire place to take more than a couple of hours, depending on the route you take. There are several trails to choose from, allowing you to see the several beautiful lakes, along with the wonderful plants and trees growing all around. Take a break at one of the many quiet pavillions or have a picnic on the open grass, this place caters for all visitors! Be sure to visit the impressive pagoda bridge over the lake and walk across for magnificent views on both sides. You can visit here anytime of year and take amazing photos or videos and have fun. Minsheng Road Night Market is one of the several night markets concentrated in Liuzhou. There are many delicious foods to eat. The recommended ones are Wang Ji Dessert’s ice jelly and small glutinous rice balls, and Aunt Ren’s beef noodles. Paired with two bottles of beer, the nightlife in southern cities always makes northerners linger for a long time.

Green mountains and clear waters, the pond is crystal clear, and there are buildings in the styles of ethnic minorities like the Zhuang and Dong. It’s perfect for photos. Be sure to check in at the internet-famous crooked-neck tree; standing under it, any photo you take will be atmospheric and stunning. Taxi fare 10 - 15 RMB, park free 15:00 - 17:00 After leaving Longtan Park, take a bus or taxi to the Liuzhou Industrial Museum. Here, you can see how Liuzhou developed from a small industrial town step by step, with old locomotives, cars, and various industrial machines. It’s super impressive, like traveling back to the passionate industrial era. Bus 2 RMB, taxi 10 - 15 RMB, museum free 17:00 - 19:00 Head to Yaobu Ancient Town, a town with traditional Liuzhou architectural style built along the river. During the day, browse specialty shops and buy some Liuzhou cultural and creative products; at dusk, the town lights up, and the river view and ancient town night scene complement each other beautifully, making it impossible to stop taking photos and checking in. Free, cultural products cost as needed 19:00 - 20:30 Have dinner at a restaurant near Yaobu Ancient Town, continuing to taste Liuzhou delicacies such as the sour and tasty Luosifen (snail noodles). The unique sour bamboo shoot flavor is addictive, the smooth and chewy rice noodles paired with delicious snail soup, plus side dishes like dried tofu skin and peanuts, create a mouthful full of happiness. Cost 30 - 50 RMB Food Recommendations 1. Luosifen (Snail Noodles): How can you come to Liuzhou without trying Luosifen? Any roadside shop will have good taste. The sourness of bamboo shoots, the freshness of snail soup, and the spiciness of chili perfectly blend. One bite of noodles and one sip of soup is simply addictive. Recommended is Ah Hua Luosifen at Shengli BBQ City, loved by many locals. 2. Duck Feet Pot: Soft duck feet stewed with potatoes, taro, dried tofu skin, and other side dishes in rich broth, melting in your mouth and extremely satisfying. It’s a regular dish on Liuzhou dining tables. 3. Suanye (Sour Mix): Various fruits and vegetables cut into small pieces and marinated with sour vinegar, chili, and other seasonings. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was instantly captivated by its premium vibe!! ✨Spacious and bright hall with exquisite decorations! The receptionist was super friendly during check-in and thoughtfully recommended delicious local eats around😘! The room was cozy too🛏 with cloud-like soft bedding that felt like sinking into a dream Plus we enjoyed Liuzhou's stunning night views🌇 from our window! The bathroom had separate wet/dry areas with complete toiletries - every detail was perfect!!
