Kor Por Ka Prao, Ratchawat branch
Address - Phra Ram 5 Road, Thanon Nakhon Chai Si Subdistrict, Dusit District, Bangkok, opposite Setthasathien School under Royal Patronage
It is a small roadside restaurant, but the taste is not small at all. The shop is like a 2-story house that has been converted into a restaurant. There are about 3-4 tables inside, including about 3 tables outside. The food menu of the shop focuses mostly on krapow, but there are meats such as pork, beef, chicken, seafood. In addition, there are krapow with pork sausage, various krapow, and some days there is a special menu. The day I went, it was krapow with crispy fried catfish. In addition to krapow, there is also stir-fried bell peppers and fried garlic. We can order meat as desired. I ordered krapow with minced beef and fried egg. The shop asked if I wanted it spicy or medium. I ordered medium spicy. The taste was very delicious, well-rounded, and spicy enough. The shop does not stir-fry each dish. The shop serves it on a vintage plate with a paper plate. In addition, there are also chrysanthemum tea, iced tea, or soda menus. There will be a lot of people at noon, and there will also be many riders waiting to receive orders. It would be better to go before noon or after the afternoon.
This shop is outstanding for its vintage decorations, with old items decorating the whole shop. The shop also buys old items that are used as decorations for the shop.
Another suggestion is that the shop does not have a parking lot. You have to park on the side of the road for cars or motorcycles. A little past the shop, there will be an alley on the left where you can park, but many people park on the sidewalk.
Opening/Closing Hours - Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The shop is closed every Sunday.
