Just got back from an epic trip to Costa Brava with friends, and I can’t recommend it enough! We stayed in a cute Airbnb near Tossa de Mar, a medieval town with narrow streets and a stunning beach. No entrance fee to visit the old town, which has breathtaking views of the coastline, especially from the castle. We spent our days lounging on the beach and exploring nearby coves like Cala Pola—definitely worth the short hike!
The nightlife in Lloret de Mar is super fun if you’re looking for bars and clubs, just a 15-minute drive away. For something a bit more laid-back, we loved stopping by the small coastal towns like Begur and Cadaqués. Cadaqués, in particular, was a gem—quiet, artsy, and great for seafood dinners with a view.
Renting a car is a must to explore the region, and it’s so worth it for the hidden spots you’ll find along the way. Every beach was like something out of a postcard, with crystal-clear water and rocky cliffs. Can’t wait to go back!

Costa Brava: The Magic of Spain's Sea and Natural Parks
Stretching along the northeastern coast of Spain, Costa Brava is a stunning travel destination where beautiful beaches and breathtaking natural scenery come together. This region is renowned for its golden sandy beaches, crystal-clear blue waters, rugged cliffs, and lush green fields, creating an enchanting natural landscape.
Coastal towns like Tigor, Calella de Palafrog, and Platia d'Aro offer a relaxed atmosphere with opportunities for various water activities such as swimming, diving, and surfing. Walking along the coastal paths with magnificent views is also highly recommended.
The area is also famous for its culture and history. Cities like Girona boast historical landmarks such as ancient cathedrals and vibrant markets. Visitors can also explore small traditional villages that retain the beautiful local characteristics.
Costa Brava provides a diverse tourism experience that combines relaxation on the beach, enjoyment of nature, and discovery of local culture, making it an ideal destination for a vacation filled with varied experiences.

I just got back from an unforgettable summer vacation on Spain’s Costa Brava! The rugged coastline and charming villages made for a perfect getaway. One highlight was visiting the picturesque town of Tossa de Mar, where the old town walls and the beautiful beach offered a mix of history and relaxation. The entrance to the medieval castle was €5, and the views from the top were absolutely worth it.
Another must-see is the Salvador Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres, about a 40-minute drive away. The ticket cost €15, and the surreal art and quirky exhibits were fascinating. I also loved exploring the coastal paths and hidden coves along the coastline—each turn seemed to reveal a new stunning beach or charming village.
Costa Brava is a true gem, offering everything from cultural experiences to breathtaking natural beauty. 🌊🏰 #trip #CostaBrava #SpanishCoast #BeachEscape #ArtAndHistory #TravelSpain
The Beaches Of Costa Brava Spain For The Family :
Barcelona has a long beautiful history left behind by not only the Roman Times but also by the Arabs that had once inhabited the region. Barcelona is located on the Iberian Peninsula. Within this Peninsula lay the cities of Girona, Tarragona, Lleida, as well as Barcelona itself. The region that these cities combined make up is call Catalunya, which gives Spain a beautiful shore line that goes half way down the Mediterranean at the community of Valencia from the beginning at the French Border. Within these areas you’ll find a great culture that caters to the tourist, but which will also reveal to you awesome cathedrals, temples, architecture, and a brave strong people.
You and your family will be able to enjoy an extensive coastline during your visit to Barcelona, much of which Spain has been able to capitalize on with lavish hotels, and beach resorts....
