We went to a super high-end yakiniku restaurant to celebrate my son's coming of age

The white truffle oil choregi salad is just delicious Ishii 🥗 It's oily but refreshing and has a slight saltiness that keeps you eating ✨
Even my son who doesn't like vegetables ate it all up 😋🍴✨
Then meat 🥩 First, everyone's favorite tongue ♥️ I was looking forward to the tongue that was called "Super Negi Tongue Salt" and then lemon 🍋 appeared ✨ A visual that lemon lovers can't resist 🍋 Underneath it was Negi Tongue Salt 🥹 It was tongue, but it was so soft 😳 It was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating 🥢
There were three types of tongue, kelp-cured and negi tongue salt, and they were all equally delicious ♡
We also grilled the surface of a chunk of turtle shell, wrapped it in aluminum foil, cooked it for a while, cut it up and topped it with lots of Parmesan cheese! Then we had a hearty meal with skirt steak and hanging steak🍖 The hanging steak was served with sauce, and the skirt steak with mustard✨ I thought, "Mustard for yakiniku!?" but it went well✨
Then the last meat was ichibone and rump🐃 It was the best meat with a soft and sweet fat, perfect for the end✨ The ichibone was served with salt and wasabi🧂 At this point, we had eaten about 10 pieces of meat🤔
But everything was so delicious that we were very satisfied!! It was just right for us who don't eat much, and we were so happy to be able to eat delicious things little by little✨And finally, the last dish of the day✨
When the commoners asked, "Ochazuke? Onigiri?", we were greeted with sea urchin, salmon roe, Wagyu beef, gold leaf, crab‼ ️And caviar, it was gorgeous! The kamameshi with gold leaf was so delicious!
It was so delicious that I was moved~🥺
We made onigiri with the leftover rice and took it out! And finally, apple sorbet ✨
This was also delicious 😋 I'm the driver and don't like alcohol, so I had jasmine tea, and my son had beer and black oolong tea. It was a very satisfying course ✨
