Tham Khao Prang Temple | Lopburi
Hello, today I will recommend a beautiful temple. If anyone goes to Phu Thap Boek, definitely don't forget to stop by. The temple is called Wat Tham Khao Pang from Chai Badan District, Lop Buri Province. I had the opportunity to go there twice. The first time I went was when I went to my boyfriend's house in Chaiyaphum. My boyfriend saw it and said he passed it many times and asked to stop by. This time, I went with my boyfriend and prayed to the Buddha. It was the happiest thing in the world. If anyone doesn't go, I recommend it. The atmosphere is very good right now. The view is very beautiful. There is a very beautiful Buddha statue on top. Don't forget to visit.

Make merit on a holiday at Tham Khao Prang Temple
Stopped by to make merit during the recent holidays at Wat Tham Khao Prang, a temple of the people under the Dhammayuttika Nikaya sect, located in Nikhom Lam Narai Subdistrict, Chai Badan District, Lopburi Province.
Originally, this area was called Khao Lom Fang until around 1973 when Luang Pho Suwat Khamphi Panyo (currently the abbot of Wat Khao Prang), a disciple of Luang Pho Lee Thammatharo of Wat Ashokaram, made a pilgrimage to this place and saw that this place was suitable for practicing Dhamma and was suitable for building a temple. He established it as a temple on February 12, 1988 and received the royal charter of the boundary markers on September 23, 1996.
The highlight of the temple is the Buddha statue in the First Sermon or Dharmachakra posture, measuring 32 meters wide and 56 meters high. He is in a cross-legged sitting position, his right hand raised and fingers folded into a circle, and his left hand raised to support it. The equipment consists of a Dharmachakra wheel and an umbrella at the very top. Built in 2014, there is a seven-headed Naga staircase to climb up to view the area around the base of the Buddha statue. In addition, the temple also has a nine-spired pagoda or Navalokuttara pagoda, which is a pagoda enshrining the Buddha's relics and the relics of the meditation masters on the top of the pagoda.
Tham Khao Prang Temple, Chai Badan District, Lopburi Province
February 16, 2024, I took my son to make merit and worship the Buddha. We also walked up the stairs to the mountain. It was very good. This temple is located in Chai Badan District, Lopburi Province, not far from Lam Narai Market. The actual place is very beautiful.
Khao Prang Cave Temple
#Places to visit near Bangkok Tham Khao Prang Temple, Chai Badan District, Lopburi Province
History says that this area was originally called Khao Lom Fang (probably named after the shape of the mountain).
Later, in 1973, Luang Pu Suwat Kamphirathammo, a disciple of Father Lee Thammatharo of Wat Ashokaram, Mueang District, Samut Prakan Province, came to this place on a pilgrimage.
He saw that it was a suitable place for practicing religious practices.
Although this temple is a modern temple and has nothing to do with Mueang Si Thep, the mountain on which the temple is located
is a prominent peak located to the south of the ancient city of Si Thep.
It can be seen when standing on the Khao Khlang Nok historical site and looking down to the south.
I personally believe that this group of mountains must have been a landmark for people
who came from the Khorat Plateau to the east, as well as people from the central plains to the west and the south who traveled to Mueang Si Thep in ancient times.
Importantly, it may have been considered one of the four sacred mountains in the four directions of Mueang Si Thep. If traveling from Bangkok You will see this temple on the left side of the road when driving past Chai Badan District, Lopburi Province. You can stop by to pay homage and visit. #Worship #Worship

Chaibadan Fish Market, Lopburi
Let's go to Chai Badan Fish Market. It's not a type of ornamental fish, don't get it wrong,,
It's a freshwater fish that the villagers catch, process and sell to customers who pass by. It's a type of sun-dried fish, fermented fish, fermented fish, and many more. Please come visit and buy products every day.
On November 7-8, 65, the Subdistrict Administrative Organization organized a Loi Krathong festival with long-tail boat racing competitions, water boxing, and Thai silk singing contests. The night was beautifully decorated. I accidentally ran out of battery, so I don't have any beautiful pictures to show you. #Chaibadan Fish Market
