The mice are color-coded for each day of the week: Monday: 💛 Tuesday: 🩷 Wednesday: 💚 Thursday: 🧡 Friday: 💙 Saturday: 💜 Sunday: ❤️ I'm Thursday so I'm orange 🧡 It was a little hard to tell, but it was the mouse at Ganesha's feet. You whisper your wish into the mouse's ear, but make sure to cover the other ear while whispering so that it doesn't leak out! The two mice right in front of Ganesha seem to have special powers, so if you don't know what day it is, try making a wish to these two 🐭 I was told by a Thai friend and made offerings and donations before visiting the shrine 🙏Aside from Ganesha, there were other gods from various countries around! Wat Saman Rattanaram has a mysterious world view with many different statues 🐘 After praying, I recommend having a meal at the food stalls and shops nearby 🍢 I was able to take a lot of pictures of my favorite fallen animals 😄📸I was surprised to see not only dogs 🐶 but also cows 🐮 walking around freely! #temples A very spacious and grand Shrine. Travelled 71km from Bangkok city to see this temple. It plays quite a significant role in almost everyone’s life. Many people go there for prayers and blessings. This keeps them healthy, hopeful and happy, when there during on of their festivals. Where we dance as a gesture to worship God. Such unique rich culture in Thailand. We did a donation of lunch box and water to the community there in the temple. The locals there are very welcoming.
