📅Best time to travel
June to August is the best time, when lavender is in full bloom, the sun is shining, and the temperature is 20-30℃. However, there are many people in the summer and accommodation is expensive; May and September have mild climate and fewer tourists, which are also suitable.
📍Must-visit attractions
Lavender fields: The lavender fields in Valensole are large and spectacular, blooming from late June to mid-July; the lavender fields in front of the Senanque Abbey complement the ancient buildings and are picturesque, with similar flowering periods.
