It has two floors, and for a much relaxing and quieter space - be sure to pick the upper floor! Nothing in particular was fancy about this place, but the price point were affordable in comparison with a lot of other cafes. The portions were big, especially their cup of coffee! #malaysia Address: No.23-6th floor, Juru Sentral, Jalan Juru Sentral, Juru Sentral, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang Located at Juru Sentral, A SIP is the only cocktail bar in Mainland Penang. They're definitely worth checking out if you're a fan of cocktails! There was a Halloween themed event happening when we were there, and as you may have guessed it - we had special cocktails and mocktails! The whole place was also decorated well, and they gave us each a pair of ghoul rings that could light up. We had so much fun! Delicious cocktails and fun events, what more can you ask for? #myfoodies Address: 16, Jln Icon City, Bukit Tengah, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang 65c Ondo is well known amongst the locals for their fluffy white Japanese bread, and their delicious cakes. Most of their crowd were take aways (they stop their car at the side and purchase their bread), while there are lesser crowds for their cafe. One should definitely try out their coffee and cake selections too! Their outlet was beautifully designed and there were ample amount of seats and plugs available (3 levels!!) So comfortable! Originated from Bukit Mertajam, Ang Ang's Roastery now has outlets at Penang Island, and even in Kedah! One of our favorite outlet is located at Icon City, Bukit Mertajam. As soon as you enter the cafe, you'll be greeted with a beautiful, almost zen-like interior, and a high ceiling that makes the space cozy and comfortable. #mymymemories Address: 13-2nd floor Jalan Juru Sentral Bukit Mertajam, 14000 Pulau Pinang There's a lot of cafes popping up in Bukit Mertajam, but if you have a sweet tooth, Kekiya Bakehouse is a cafe you need to try! Kekiya Bakehouse is located at Juru Sentral, Bukit Mertajam. They serve drinks and cakes, but as per their name, their cakes are one of the best! We tried a few of their cakes, but the one that stood out the most for us was the Yam cake! The yam was so fragrant and the cream was very fresh too! Everything melts in your mouth and it was such a pleasure eating it. The only downside is that the cafe is a little small, so it can get a little hectic and noisy! Penang Mainland : an underrated gem

Everytime someone mentions about traveling to penang, it’s always on the island. But what about mainland? Here’s my experience there. Their foods are actually MUCH cheaper compared to the island, AND, here’s the best part : it tastes JUST as fabulous as the ones on island. The people there are just amazing! So friendly and multilingual. The accommodations? Also amazing. Their malls? They have a LOT. I highly recommend going to Bukit Mertajam and Butterworth #penang

Went for dinner at Pusat makanan Dan minuman YMY,hawker centre,stall no 833,try the yam rice,so delicious and tasty ,the mix pork soup also good.Price is reasonable and the service is fast.Worth to try and highly recommended.

Dinner went to Fresh food court in Bukit Mertajam.There are variety food stalls available here.Yam rice and pork soup are very tasty.Lobak also delicious.Price is reasonable.easy to find seat but slightly a bit hot.

MAGICAL AND ICONIC TRIP: ICONIC HOTEL ✅

Recommended place for those of you who wants to watch football. The staff is very friendly and the room is very accomodating. I love the way they treat their customer. The valet parking is very convinent. Every room including the elavator were equipped with refreshing hand sanitiser. Tropical Room with Big Jacuzzi !!!

#resortstyle Vangoh Eminent Hotel, Bukit Mertajam, Penang, MY We never heard about it before but after we go through the web, we found out that this is a very interesting hotel as they have a lot of theme for each room. As this is last minute booking only left Prison and Tropical theme. Because we travel with kids, of course we cannot choose prison theme, we book tropical theme and its a good decision. The room is large, with a super king size bed, Bali decoration throughout the room, the seperate sitting area, 2 tv, nice shower gel n bubble bath. Every room has a large jacuzzi bubble tub with Built In Speaker/ Radio. So awesome having a nice hot buble bath while listening to a nice music. Overall, the worth staycation ever. Very smooth check in and check out with free face mask and drinking water to all guest. All rooms are equiped with Bon coffee machine. Please savour the scrumptious cuisine in Mezza9 and Crumbles Cream cafe. I recommend you to try the mocha, satay and posh fries. Hotels - 5 Stars Food & Restaurants - 5 Stars Very iconic staycation indeed.

Bukit Mertajam Penang

One of the best hotel located at Bukit Mertajam Penang. The room was very beautiful and the price was extremely affordable. Definitely a 5/5 for the cleanliness. The lobby was beautiful and there was also some good bars to chill and hangout. The place was lively after 8pm as there was live band performance and not to forget about the staff there, all the staff was really friendly and helpful.💕

The breakfast buffet here was worth the price. They had many varieties for us to choose. The nasi lemak was delicious. They had a lot of sweet desserts too. The place was spacious and beautiful for some good pictures. Located at 1st floor, Iconic Hotel, Penang, Malaysia. Not to forget about our stay there. Lovely place for a coffee break! The environment is peaceful, great for work meeting or gathering with friends. They serve good coffee too and sell very nice coffee bean with a very reasonable price. Ssambap Korean Restaurant by far is the most authentic korean food in Icon City. Their set lunch is very tasty and good value as well. Even you just order a set lunch, they will provide 7-8 side dishes! #celebratewithtrip

one of the best cafe in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. a new spot to visit if you consider yourself as a coffee enthusiast. i love the ambiance as it is not the usual cafe vibe that you got anywhere. it is kinda like a bit of bar with wooden interior and a cafe combination. not to forget the barista can help you to pick the beans which think suits your mood of the day!

Perda city Flea Market in Bukit Mertajam

In Penang, there’s a new spot to visit , it’s said to be the biggest flea market in Penang mainland with over 150 vendors and opens daily till midnight. There are selling a variety of street food, clothes and others. It is located at Bandar Perda, Bukit Mertajam. Vendors here set up their stalls as early as 10am, but the market usually bustles with crowds around 5pm. If you’re here to get a wacky souvenir, scour boxes of accessories and perfumes, or browse through quirky arts and crafts displays, be sure to arrive early for the best finds. Staycation at Bukit Mertajam

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room very big and clean with the kitchen. Very strategy location and easy to grab for foods right in front and behind this hotel within a short walking distance. Free parking in front of hotel, very convenient for us to bring down the luggage and drive out anywhere. The sky pool view also very nice. Really enjoy it! Will definitely come back here again. However, the Hotel breakfast not so good and not much choice but only RM12.50 per pax. By the way, strongly recommended for those travel with family or business trip because the price is reasonable and the room very big and comfortable. #passionpassport #staycation #businesstrip
