Plentiful tulips at Bucheon Mureungdowon

The season of spring signifies the reborn of live, especially trees and plants that wilthers during the autumn and winter. Early May is the best season to view tulips in Korea, and this little aboretum at Bucheon is one of the best place to view tulips. Tens of thousand of multiple colour tulips is planted at the aboretum for visitors to enjoy the dazzling and glaring colours of the flowers which will bloom only once a year at a certain period of spring. As this park is located quite outskirt from Seoul, the crowd seems a little lesser as compared to parks and gardens in Seoul. The best time to visit is mid to end April. #tulip#bucheon

Bucheon Natural Ecology Park Filled with Autumn Flowers

✔️Bucheon Natural Ecology Park 📍660 Gilju-ro, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do There's a great park near Seoul for outdoor dates~ I saw couples bringing kimbap and families too! It was a beautiful place with cosmos, reeds, and Kochia~~ Be sure to check the operating hours as they vary by season!

Korea Manhwa Museum

#koreatrip The exhibition venue is very well designed. Even though we can’t read Korean, we still like to stay here to take photos and read comics. Because it was a temporary attraction on the way back to Seoul from Incheon, we could only stay for three hours. As a result, we couldn't finish sightseeing at all. Watching the cool streams of water can make you feel refreshed, and there's also a café inside, making it a perfect place to relax and recharge after exploring the garden.

Visiting the Million Rose Garden in Bucheon was a magical and romantic experience. The scene that greeted me was astonishing as I was welcomed by roses with unique and diverse beauty everywhere. Walking through the lush green garden corridors, I inhaled the fragrant roses. I wandered among the colorful flowers and took beautiful souvenir photos. This experience was refreshing to my soul and emotions, leaving a beautiful mark on my heart. If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place to relax and boost positivity, the Million Rose Garden in Bucheon is the perfect destination for you.

Bucheon's Million Rose Garden

I visited this picturesque rose garden in Bucheon while traveling in Korea. I was deeply impressed by the view of thousands of colorful roses scattered throughout the vast garden. I enjoyed the atmosphere of rest and tranquility as I walked through the corridors among the beautiful flowers. She stood up to take a souvenir photo next to the flowing cabins and fountains. I also saw a performance of traditional Korean music and dance in the open square. This place was an oasis of peace and natural beauty amidst the noise of the city. I really enjoyed my time there and planned to visit again in the future.

Where to see cherry blossom 🌸 outside of Seoul

#familytrips2024 If you are in South Korea during spring around the end March to early April, you will be able to admire cherry blossom 🌸 at lots of places! Outside Seoul, if you are around the Incheon / Gyeonggi-do area, you can admire around Grand Incheon Park or Dodang Park. We happened to be at Dodang Park during their cherry blossom festival and the atmosphere is really great! 😃 There are around 2000 cherry trees lining up 1.8km in total to the top of the mountain! It's really a breathtaking view up with the beautiful cherry blossom 🌸🌸🌸 😍

In spring, there's a lovely Azalea Festival at Wonmisan Mountain in Bucheon! There are a lot of beautiful blooming Azalea flowers all around Wonmisan Mountain, and a lot of visitors even though it's early in the morning. There are a lot of high Azalea bushes so it's not difficult to find somewhere with no one to take photos. 😊

Beautiful Cherry Blossom of Wonmisan Mountain

#cherryblossom2024 There is no separate parking lot for the azalea park located in Wonmisan Mountain, but you can use the parking lot of Bucheon Sports Complex right next to and across the street. As the azalea flowers are in their peak season, parking lot B is full even early in the morning on weekdays, so I recommend parking a parking lot for the conductor C across the street from the beginning! Sangdong Lake Park is not nearby but a few kilometers away, so it is not too far away, so it is not too difficult to look around both places in the morning or afternoon. Parking lots (public parking fee) also exist. For today's walking course, park in parking lot C, cross the road, look around Mount A and Azalea Hill, and finish the walking around Sangdong Lake Park. The target walking distance is 5 kilometers. Then, leave.
