Beitou hot spring hotel accommodation recommendation
📍Aqua Bella Hotel
63 Wenquan Road, Beitou District, Taipei 112
Located just a ten-minute walk from Beitou Station, this hot spring hotel called "Yang Guan" is where we stayed. Our check-in time was 5:30 pm, but we arrived an hour early. The staff kindly helped us check in and even upgraded our room for free!
The hotel lobby is elegantly designed, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Each room has a private hot spring tub, which is big enough for a family of three to soak together.
There is a large convenience store right across the street, which is very convenient.
As for breakfast, it is not a buffet style, but it is very rich and diverse. The shrimp is especially sweet and delicious.

Thermal Valley(地熱谷)💫💫💫
@Beitou District, Taipei, Taiwan.
It’s an amazing scenic lake valley with hot spring - the Beitou Thermal Valley(地熱谷) the awesome power of the natural environment, and the geothermal springs in Beitou district.⭐️✨✨It’s a small nature park which is free of charge for visitors and consists solely of a small lake with a fenced off walkway while walking along the path. The main attraction of the lake apart from emerald green colour of the water, probably is the year-round sulphuric steam that rises up from the water and blankets the valley in a haze of extremely humid fog.🤗✨
The water temperature in Thermal Valley’s lake at least 80-100℃😆✨the eggs sure get cooked in the water, so called “hot-spring eggs”. For safety reason, it’s now prohibited to boil eggs or getting closer to the lake, which is now with a fenced off walkway for all visitors.
#highlyrecommended😘✨please try their “hot-spring eggs”(温泉蛋) at stall near the entrance of the lake park.👍🏻✨thumbs up!

The museum is free of charge, and you can easily learn about the history of Beitou Hot Springs inside. They also have a spot inside where you can sit and chill with fans.
2. Thermal Valley Store
Right before you enter Thermal Valley, there's a small store to explore. The store is full of little trinkets that you can purchase. I personally was a big fan of the special soap with various kind of benefits they have tailored to the place.
⭐️ Extra Moments
Though it is totally up to personal preference, there're lots of hot spring places (both public and private) around that you can book to enjoy the hot spring. I booked a quick section at JBG Hot Spring Resort Hotel and had an amazing time soaking in the water. The place is neat and affordable. You even get two coupons for an afternoon tea after enjoying your soak.

really enjoyable experience at Beitou where I recommend people to eat the onsen egg and enjoy the nice scenery of a hot spring district in Taipei. It’s interesting because i don’t have to go to Japan to enjoy hot springs.
I want to visit HK for the scenery and more importantly to eat the best food there
