I haven't eaten 21st Century Roast Chicken for a long time. I came here to dine today because I bought a meal voucher. One serving includes a chicken and 2 bottles of drinks, which is a large portion. The roast chicken is hot enough and comes with plastic gloves which are clean and hygienic. The slide is covered with gravel at the bottom, and while they start off cautiously, they soon turn it into a 'gravel fairy scattering flowers,' with laughter that never stops. There is also a bike balance area, perfect for kids to practice riding and balancing. They ride while discussing who is faster, completely immersed in their own racing world. Mimizu, which became popular on IG, is hidden on the second floor of an old house in Banqiao. It is low-key and full of Japanese atmosphere. This time I specially chose a weekday afternoon to visit, but I didn't expect that the crowd would still be there. Although I couldn’t sit in the popular tatami area by the window, the outdoor seating area on the balcony with camping-style furnishings was equally enjoyable. I ordered a #Japanese-style egg salad croissant. Although it looked very plain ~ but it was unexpectedly good to my taste ~ the dense egg salad filling went well with the crispy baked croissant crust ~ there was a touch of pepper and salt on the crust , slightly salty, which adds a sense of layering to the whole, why is it so delicious~ #ChocolateChiffon is also impressive. This personal yakiniku restaurant seems to have opened not long ago. Our whole family decided to give it a try. Since I don't have a big appetite, the 'personal' concept really appealed to me. It allows me to enjoy just the right amount without feeling too full while still savoring the taste of grilled meat. We ordered the children's meal, pork belly, and diaphragm. The drinks were unlimited refills. It felt like the restaurant put a lot of effort into their grilling equipment. After eating, there was no smell on our clothes or bodies at all, thanks to the powerful exhaust system. They also continuously added hot pork bone soup midway, paired with Koshihikari rice. The quality of the grilled meat itself was excellent. This is definitely a place I would visit again.

Today I specially made an appointment with Taoyuan Reminiscing of the Past/Morning Field teacher Chen Zhiqiang. Xiao Ou drove me to Banqiao to meet the chef (Guo Zhishu). I made a reservation at Guo Zhishu’s (Chunye New Sichuan Cuisine Restaurant). We ordered a table of dishes and a crab race. Sweet and sour pork, spicy stinky tofu, pepper and pine pork, bamboo shoot soup, spicy red pepper fish, steamed cabbage. Teacher Chen was very happy to eat. Every dish has an authentic Sichuan flavor, especially (Crab Race) .Mix the cod and shrimp together and add an egg yolk. It tastes delicious in your mouth. Let Mr. Chen eat two bowls of white rice.
