This breathtaking and charmingly peaceful attraction, BNA for short, is located along the scenic Transcentral Highway. It was named after Alejandra Bacos, the mother-in-law of barangay councilman Eleuterio Gentapa who is the flower gardens’ landscaper. He is also the chairperson of the Committee on Tourism of Brgy. #cebutrip Another place I like. A breath taking view of the mountains and hills and the far out bay. You can even see the famous shipyard from afar. Good place for relaxing and whiling away time with your family and friends. They have limited parking space and when full, you may have to park along shoulder of the Trans-central Hiway. The place is also good for selfies and picture-taking landscapes and its flora.

This colorful flower garden is named after the Mother-in-law of Barangay Councilman Eleuterio Gentap. “We called it Buwakan ni Alejandra, because you can really see flowers (buwak) in the garden. Alejandra is my mother-in-law. When I first went to her house back in 1991, I noticed she had so many flowers in her garden and had a penchant for collecting them,” said Gentapa. Compared to Sirao Flower Garden, Buwakan ni Alejandra is less crowded. I love that all staff are nice and willing to take our pictures. They also offer umbrella for rent which is really an essential when you go here during hot season. They also have a restaurant inside which is a plus point. Overall, we'll surely visit again.
