Best Western Heritage Inn Stockton CA the Best Western Heritage Inn is a beautiful place to stay. For the price it is very accommodating and comfortable. The rooms were clean and we had a patio with chairs to sit on with a very nice feel. Even though we couldn't use the amenities do to covid-19 they offer a beautiful clean pool a hot tub a gym and normally would have a full-service breakfast. They did offer a bag with some continental breakfast in replace of the normal breakfast as they served. I was very comfortable and happy with my stay.

The bartender was friendly and served us good drinks. The most interesting thing about this place is that it has been in service since 1941. I like the history and the authenticity behind this place. Do visit next in Bakersfield.

Getting There - was easy off the freeway , major street around , easy access to food places ,car wash avail, gas station close by , subway close by , taco hell close by ,three other hotels close bye , up there road there’s a Walmart neighborhood, Attractions - Panda Express, a shopping plaza called Mercado Latino , up here road you can drive into another small town actually two towns , Arvin and Lamont , then there’s a taco truck around Hotels - they cleaned it up very well no one is hanging out any more Food & Restaurants - Mc Donald’s , jack box , star bucks Dennys Shopping - not anything close but dollars general

Went to wind wolves preserve on a school field trip with my son! I have to say it was absolutely amazing to have had the opportunity to view such a beautiful place. The interactive group activities teaching you about Native Americans was very fun and very informal. where else can you pretend to be a Native American trying to throw a spear at a bunny for dinner. The hiking trail is beautifully preserved to look as natural as possible. The staff that was our guide for our field trip was very kind, knowledgeable and friendly!! The face painting part at the end was my personal favorite! it is a little bit of a drive to get there from Bakersfield but so worth it!!!!

Been going here very year since my son was 2, he’s 15 and we couldn’t miss a year, face painting, corn chuckin, pumpkin picking , and don’t forget the hay ride
