Place is very convenience for us. After flight landed, we took bus at airport and get off the end of the bus stop. Then you will see the hotel. It is very easier and nearby, no any trouble to traveler to find hotel. Nice lobby and helpable of hotel staff. We asked more 2 bottle of water at the front desk, just few mins i saw staff already arrive at our room , he is faster than us arrive at my room. Good service and nice. We also dine at 6 floor restaurant. Very nice. Appreciate to highly recommend this hotel if travel to Tokushima.

The twin room is very comfortable One bed per person is just right, not crowded There is a parking lot, you need to go down and ask before parking. You have to slap it to see it However, you can take the elevator from the parking lot directly to the hotel lobby. Not bad 👍 Great on rainy days 🤣🤣 But the parking fee at the hotel counter is 800 The next day payment is 1000🤣🤣

This was my first time making a reservation on this website. Even though it was a non-smoking single room, it was very spacious and comfortable. There were many different types of breakfast, and I ate so much that I was almost full, so I was very satisfied from the morning. I stayed for multiple nights, but when I declined room cleaning, I was given my favorite juice and other drinks, so I felt like I had done a little good! It was great.

The location is very convenient. The onsen public bath was great and we went there every nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Well located next to Tokushima JR station next to long distance bus terminal. It is also walking distance to the castle site where it was the Sakura blossom season. It is a quasi-service hotel but all the amenities/toiletries are placed at lobby for self-service. Room was clean and breakfast is value at ¥1600

Very comfortable hotel! There are mountains behind it. The environment is very good. There are many restaurants around. Chinese food is delicious! It is also very close to the Awa Dance Hall. The cherry blossoms in early April are very beautiful.

The front desk staff is very friendly and the parking lot is also on the opposite side of 7-Eleven, so the location is very good. The boat dock where you can see the whirlpool of Naruto Bridge takes about 12 to 15 minutes by car, and in my case, the whirlpool is scheduled to come out at 9:30 the next morning. It was a situation where I had to stay as close as possible. It doesn't matter if the whirlpool comes out in the afternoon, but if you come out early in the morning, this accommodation seems to be the best considering the time as much as possible.

It is very convenient to walk to the hotel from Tokushima Train Station for more than ten minutes. Awa Dance Hall is just across the road to the right of the hotel entrance, and it only takes three minutes to walk there. There is a 7-11 convenience store across the road on the left hand side when you exit the hotel. It seems to be the only convenience store in the surrounding area. You need to climb over the overpass at the hotel entrance. The hotel's internal services and facilities are complete and perfect, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic. My friend lost a ring without knowing it, but the hotel took the initiative to return it when he checked out, which made my friend overjoyed. The buffet breakfast is located in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. It is not very rich, but it is exquisite and delicious. Tokushima is very quiet. The sun has not yet completely set. Around four or five o'clock in the afternoon, the streets of Tokushima seem particularly deserted. Perhaps it is the chill of late autumn that has swept away people's enthusiasm for shopping. There are almost no people on the main streets in the city, and there are no tourists. The shops also closed early in the biting cold wind. Walking on the street, the only sound I could hear besides the sound of cars passing by was my own footsteps. The girls and boys dancing the Awa Odori standing at the bridgehead of Shinmachi River made me seem to have found a little bit of popularity. Perhaps, we need to wait until the Awa Odori Festival to see the excitement of Tokushima. Who says it isn’t? Escaping from the hustle and bustle and finding a quiet little town is the ideal of traveling. Maybe such a little town and such a hotel are just what you want… ⋯⋯

It was a good hotel that offered meticulous hospitality and various experiences. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the doorman and treated by professional and friendly staff. Since I stayed for multiple nights, I received savvy club benefits from the hotel, including late check-out, lunch, and a gift certificate worth 2,000 yen. The hot springs on the 1st and 8th floors had a great view of the ocean and the water quality was good. The rooms faced the ocean, so it was great for viewing the stars at night or the sunrise. The Awa Odori, which is performed every night from 8:40 PM, provided a great opportunity to experience the culture of this region, and there were also experiences such as seaweed picking and dyeing. For dinner, I had a buffet at 彩, and the tuna dissection show was a feast for the eyes as well as the taste. In addition, I really liked the fact that this accommodation actively made efforts to practice a sustainable environment, such as installing recycling bins in the rooms. If I come to Tokushima again, I would like to stay at this hotel.

The room is not big, but it is clean. It's nice to have self-service drinks, and there's also a water dispenser outside the room so guests don't have to boil water themselves. Worth staying again🥰
