Adjacent to the Tokushima station and the Clement Shopping Mall. So very conveniently located. I think it is always a good idea to book a JR Clement hotel in any city as it is always situated a stone’s throw or even adjacent to a JR train station. Highly recommended !

Well located next to Tokushima JR station next to long distance bus terminal. It is also walking distance to the castle site where it was the Sakura blossom season. It is a quasi-service hotel but all the amenities/toiletries are placed at lobby for self-service. Room was clean and breakfast is value at ¥1600

The twin room is very comfortable One bed per person is just right, not crowded There is a parking lot, you need to go down and ask before parking. You have to slap it to see it However, you can take the elevator from the parking lot directly to the hotel lobby. Not bad 👍 Great on rainy days 🤣🤣 But the parking fee at the hotel counter is 800 The next day payment is 1000🤣🤣

The hotel is located by the river, with a good location, about 500 meters walk from the city center. The hotel facilities are good and the rooms are spacious but relatively old. There is a convenience store near the hotel, but there are no restaurants around! There is only one convenience store, which is suitable for self-driving tours. 

Very comfortable hotel! There are mountains behind it. The environment is very good. There are many restaurants around. Chinese food is delicious! It is also very close to the Awa Dance Hall. The cherry blossoms in early April are very beautiful.

The room we booked was a traditional tatami room. Although the hotel is old, it is very clean and tidy. The inclusion of breakfast, dinner and JR Oboke pick-up are all highlights. We arrived at Oboke Station at 7:30 in the evening and made an appointment with the hotel to pick us up in advance. We were the only two passengers getting off at the small Oboke station. We were pleasantly surprised to find snowflakes floating in the sky and moved to see that the pick-up driver was standing by the platform holding a sign waiting for us. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor hot springs. We stayed here for one night and went to Fujibashi and Oboke for a cruise the next day. We didn't have to rush and could soak in the hot springs, which was very comfortable.

It seems to be a historic city hotel, with a wedding hall, banquet hall, and conference hall, and it seems that some people are staying there for conferences and banquets. It has been recently renovated, so it is very clean and nice. The room was very spacious and relaxing. I stayed only for a night, but it was a size that you would not expect from a major chain business hotel for the same price, so I highly recommend it. There is a large bath with a washing area separate from the toilet in the room, but there is also a clean public bath, and there is a coffee server just outside the public bath where you can drink freely. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the front desk was small and the lobby felt more like an inn than a hotel. Also, the door key was a PIN code, which was difficult to use. It seems that the system also supports QR codes, so I would have liked one. Overall, it is a reasonably priced, spacious, clean hotel that I would recommend to anyone visiting Tokushima.

The hotel is very new. The front desk is courteous and helpful. Parking is free. The breakfast is simple but delicious. There are large supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I am very satisfied.

It was a good hotel that offered meticulous hospitality and various experiences. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the doorman and treated by professional and friendly staff. Since I stayed for multiple nights, I received savvy club benefits from the hotel, including late check-out, lunch, and a gift certificate worth 2,000 yen. The hot springs on the 1st and 8th floors had a great view of the ocean and the water quality was good. The rooms faced the ocean, so it was great for viewing the stars at night or the sunrise. The Awa Odori, which is performed every night from 8:40 PM, provided a great opportunity to experience the culture of this region, and there were also experiences such as seaweed picking and dyeing. For dinner, I had a buffet at 彩, and the tuna dissection show was a feast for the eyes as well as the taste. In addition, I really liked the fact that this accommodation actively made efforts to practice a sustainable environment, such as installing recycling bins in the rooms. If I come to Tokushima again, I would like to stay at this hotel.
