Can Tho Inns

This hotel is in a nice location, not far from the river, quiet in the evenings. Not far from important places. It is a large hotel with big rooms, large reception area, easy parking, has a grand feeling to it. But the hotel is not being kept up well. Walls have marks on them, carpets have stains, it looks and feels old. And so instead of making renovations and modern changes, they include breakfast buffets and lower the price some days. It’s too bad, I’m sure when the hotel first opened, many people talked about it.

The recent stay at the Sheraton Can Tho was a very pleasant one. The hotel restaurant food was fantastic, especially the Kho Fish, It was so good. Everyone from the waiting staff to the restaurant manager was very friendly and helpful, especially Wendy, she was very nice and helpful. Will stay here again next trip to Can Tho.

Nice room, nice staff every things is really nice. The first time I stayed TTC Can Tho, I satisfied with there services. When I check in, fruits already in the room. Room very clean, has complete facilities, good smell. Staffs always smile, very friendly and professional. They supported me booking taxi to go the airport.

The hotel is very well located in the centre. It has everything. Massage, karaoke, swimming pool, a number of coffee shops, and a sky bar overlooking the city. The rooms are large, well appointed, and very modern. Linens are a high standard, as are the toiletries and wardrobe spaces. The bathroom is large and has all amenities, and is again spacious. Reception is well organised and very fast to respond. The breakfast is outstanding, and the price for staying in this hotel is unbelievably reasonable.

It's okay for a quiet rest, but there aren't too many nearby, so you have to take a taxi. Even if you walk, you have to go 1km to get there, and the surrounding area is a high-end residential area.. There were times when Grab couldn't get there because it was far from the city center, so I had to wait for 20 minutes. Breakfast is good and the staff are gentle and very friendly. I don't speak English. The facilities are good for the price. Compared to the price ^^ There is no one here during the week, but on the weekends locals use it for various events.

The facility is in great shape. Close to everything. Breakfast is okay. Reception staff is not very accommodating even with simple requests

Our stay at Can Tho Victoria Hotel was delightful! Despite the hotel being old, the amenities were excellent, and the central location was convenient. The daily tours offered were a highlight, and our experience was elevated by the amazing tour guide, Trung. His knowledge and enthusiasm added a special touch to our exploration. Overall, a great choice for those who value a blend of comfort, location, and outstanding guided tours.

Quiet and beautiful, the environment is too good, insects and birds call. The rice noodles for breakfast at the hotel are the best taste in so many five-star hotels I have ever eaten. Be sure to book the hotel boat to the floating market, the boat is very retro, the service is quite good, when you are on the road against the boats other tourists, you know that the value for money! The driver who came to Saigon to pick us up was also very friendly.

We have never gave bad review but today we have to. We booked 9 rooms for 3 nights here. We came early around 10:30 in the morning, very rude dude in the front desk kept saying we can't get in until 2pm. We didn't expect to get in sooner than 2pm but it seem he was not happy with too many people (18 people) around the lobby too early. The hotel is super old, dark and dirty. You can see layers of dust everywhere, spiderwebs at all conners. Lot of guests are smoking inside the hotel (Lobby - No smoking area) They gave us 6 rooms first (3 rooms later whenever they are ready). My room was on the 3rd floor which is where they do body massage business on the same floor. It was terrible, my room was badly smell, dirty, creepy and wet. I couldn't think twice, left the room and went to the lobby. When i reached to lobby i already saw all my people from my group down there - they just left their rooms because same reasons. We have been staying hotels all over the world and never seen any hotel that bad. We left the hotels and stay at other hotel nearby. Called agoda to try to get the money back. The hotel manager there kept telling lie to Agoda and refused to cancel our bookings. We lost all money for 9 rooms x 3 nights, but we glad we did. Worst hotel ever
