Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate
Boracay is a famous tourist destination in the Philippines. Most of the time, the northeast wind blows, which is very suitable for surfing. With beautiful beaches and rich water activities, Boracay always gathers surfing enthusiasts from all over the world. Generally speaking, White Beach and Bulabog Beach are recommended, and Bulabog Beach is a little quieter than White Beach. It is recommended to prepare necessary equipment such as surfboards, surfing clothes, sunscreen, etc. in advance. If you are not fully prepared, you can also rent them on the island. Beginners are best to find a surfing agency with Chinese coaches. While surfing, you can also enjoy the beautiful beaches and sea views of Boracay. Especially at sunset, surfing combined with watching the sunset will give you a unique visual experience.

Ferra Hotel Boracay

Ferra Hotel Boracay

Ferra Hotel is situated in the Bulabog district, Boracay. Even though it is just a 3-star budget hotel, the accommodation and service were excellent and luxurious in my opinion. The hotel was nicely designed and decorated, clean and comfortable, simple yet chic. It even has a roof top bar for you to chill. Upon arrival, they served me welcoming drinks. If you travel to Boracay on a budget like me, it is highly recommended to stay here. The staff were friendly and attentive. Whenever the receptionists see me in and out of the hotel, they will greet me with a smiling face. It made my day! Boracay Island - Station 2

Boracay Island - Station 2 is where the restaurant, shopping, and entertainment center of the white beach. Station 2 is home to D’Mall where you can see small souvenier shops and restaurants that reach from the main road to the white Beach. Station 2 is definitely the shopping center of Boracay, and where a lot of the action takes place. #boracaytravel #itsmorefuninthephilippines #beaches

Strolling on Boracay Beach 🏖

Strolling on the beach is the perfect plan to spend a lazy morning or afternoon in Boracay Island - Philippines. The island is not too big so you can walk pretty walk easily to the main spot (hotels, market, malls, stores and restaurants). Going to the beach is a relaxing experience. Calm waves nice breeze and white powder sand feels perfect for your feet. The water has such a beautiful light bluish shade, I though the pics about this place were photoshopped but in person you will see those true beautiful colours. Sunscreen is a must however I recommend to avoid noon time as the heat could be unbearable. Early morning or afternoon is a pleasant time. Do not miss out the sunset with your favorourite drink. #createwithtrip #boracay #beach

Boracay, Philippines

Boracay is a small island in the central Philippines. It's known for its resorts and beaches. Along the west coast, White Beach is backed by palm trees, bars and restaurants. On the east coast, strong winds make Bulabog Beach a hub for water sports. Apart from its white sand beaches, Boracay is also famous for being one of the world's top destinations for relaxation. Boracay has three stations. Stations 1 and 2 are quite popular so they're crowded. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Station 3 is the most green and laid back part. It's also quite convenient. There are shops and restaurants too. I personally recommend staying at Station 3. From Manila you can choose to travel to Boracay via either Kalibo Airport or Caticlan which is otherwise known as Boracay Airport. Caticlan is 30 minutes from Boracay. Flights to Kalibo are usually a bit cheaper, but from Kalibo it takes about 2 hours to reach Boracay. So if you prefer convenience, go with Caticlan. When you’re traveling to Boracay via a long international flight I definitely recommend you choose Caticlan Airport. #tripinspired #tripmoments #tripcom #philippines #boracayisland #sunsetview #beaches #philippinebeach

Boracay Island 7 Days Itinerary

7-Day Boracay Itinerary – The Perfect Balance of Luxury, Adventure, and Island Chill If you’re heading to Boracay, you’re in for a mix of breathtaking sunsets, beachside relaxation, and must-do island experiences. Here’s a 7-day itinerary that balances luxury moments, local adventures, and epic food—with some real talk on what to skip. ⸻ Day 1: Arrival & Sunset Welcome • Check in at Shangri-La Boracay (if possible). This is the luxury resort on the island—private beach, stunning pools, and top-tier service. • If you’re staying elsewhere, Mövenpick is another solid choice with great facilities. • Skip Feliz Hotel—the rooms and experience don’t match the price. • Unwind poolside or hit the beach for your first Boracay sunset. It’s a non-negotiable daily ritual. Dinner: Try Los Indios Bravos in Station 1 for elevated local comfort food. ⸻ Day 2: White Beach + Epic Pizza Night • Start your morning slow—swim at your resort pool or lounge on White Beach. • Explore D’Mall but keep expectations realistic—it’s more practical than stylish. • Lunch: Try Nonie’s for healthy island cuisine. • Dinner: Head to EPIC for the best pizza on the island—especially from a Western European perspective. Surprisingly excellent. • End your night with cocktails by the shore and maybe a light beach walk. ⸻ Day 3: Island Hopping & Water Adventures • Book a half-day island hopping tour (includes Crystal Cove, Magic Island, Puka Beach). • Must-do: Parasailing—epic views, and the adrenaline kick is worth it. • Afternoon chill at your resort’s pool—Shangri-La especially is a sanctuary. Dinner: Head to The Lind’s rooftop bar for drinks and light bites. ⸻ Day 4: Spa Day & Puka Beach Escape • Schedule a spa treatment at Shangri-La or Mandala Spa for some serious unwinding. • Visit Puka Beach in the afternoon—less crowded, more raw. • Return just in time for another unbeatable sunset. Dinner: Lemoni Café for something light and refreshing. ⸻ Day 5: Adventure + Local Eats • Try something active: ATV tour, helmet diving, or paddleboarding. • Grab lunch at Dos Mestizos (Spanish-Filipino tapas fusion). • In the evening, lounge at Mövenpick’s pool or have a sunset cocktail by the beach. Dinner: Street food crawl near Station 2 for an authentic taste. ⸻ Day 6: Total Leisure Day • No agenda. Sleep in. Lounge hard. • Spend the day rotating between the pool and the beach with a book and fresh coconut. • Sunset again. Always. Dinner: Splurge at Rima Restaurant (Shangri-La) for a romantic fine-dining experience in the treetops. ⸻ Day 7: Last Day Slowdown • Squeeze in a morning swim or one last beachside breakfast. • Pick up last-minute souvenirs or handmade trinkets from local vendors. • Say goodbye to the island with one last epic sunset before departure. ⸻ Tips & Notes: • Boracay is slightly overpriced, especially compared to other Southeast Asian islands—but the views, atmosphere, and vibes make it worth it. • Sunsets are non-negotiable daily events—plan everything around them. • Avoid The Feliz Hotel—you’ll thank yourself later. • Stay hydrated and wear SPF—the sun here doesn’t play. • Try to book restaurants and spa treatments in advance, especially during peak seasons. Boracay is what you make of it—laid back, luxurious, or adventurous. Just skip the fluff and stick to what matters: sunsets, sea, spa, and EPIC pizza.#travel #shangrilahotel #movenpick #felizhotel #boracay #philippines #bali

White Beach: Boracay’s Iconic Paradise

#asiatrip White Beach in Boracay is the epitome of tropical paradise. Stretching for about four kilometers, this beach is renowned for its powdery white sand that feels like powdered sugar beneath your feet and its crystal-clear turquoise waters. Divided into three stations, each area offers a unique experience: Station 1 is upscale and spacious, Station 2 is the vibrant heart with shops and nightlife, and Station 3 is more laid-back and budget-friendly. The sunsets here are legendary, painting the sky with stunning hues of orange and pink. Whether you’re sunbathing, swimming, or enjoying water sports, White Beach has something for everyone. Despite its popularity and occasional crowds, the beauty and atmosphere make it a must-visit destination.

Puka Beach: A Hidden Gem in Boracay

#getgoing2025 During my trip to Boracay with my husband, we asked a local where the most beautiful beach on the island was, and they pointed us to Puka Beach. It didn’t disappoint!!!!! The water was an unbelievable shade of blue, and the beach was peaceful with far fewer people than the more popular White Beach. We had the perfect, relaxing afternoon just soaking in the beauty and the calm atmosphere. **Why I recommend it:** - The crystal-clear blue water is absolutely stunning. - The beach is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing escape from the crowds. 📍Address: Puka Beach, Boracay Island, Aklan, Philippines If you’re looking for a serene spot with jaw-dropping views, this is definitely the place to be! ⋆ ・⋆ ・⋆ ・⋆ ・⋆ #trip #travel #traveling #chill #boracay
