There are seasickness patches available on the boat (but the medicine is a bit more effective). For sea foraging, it's 80 per person, and there will be someone to lead. Set the time and meet at the designated place, no need to bring equipment, they provide everything. Go down before the tide comes in. Girls should not wear skirts as it's inconvenient to squat down and they will get wet, wear loose trousers that can be rolled up. Turn over more stones, many small animals hide underneath. We were very lucky, we even caught an octopus (you can take away what you catch, but we released it, it was too small).
