| The most stylish choice in Los Angeles!

Recently stayed at a particularly chic hotel called Downtown LA Proper Hotel, located at 1100 South Broadway in Los Angeles. To be honest, this place is super convenient! There are many famous attractions and restaurants nearby, and transportation is very convenient. 🚗 The hotel's decor is particularly tasteful, with a full retro fashion sense. The front desk staff are very friendly, and checking in feels like coming home. 🛎️ The room layout is also great, spacious and bright, with a strong sense of design. The hotel facilities are also very complete. The rooftop pool is especially the best place to take photos! 📸 As for the room experience, it's really great! The bed is particularly large and super comfortable, making me feel like I don't want to get up. The room facilities are also very complete, with a coffee machine, mini bar, and a large TV. The bathroom is also clean and tidy, making it very comfortable to use. 🚿 There are many gourmet restaurants around, such as El Compadre, Maccheroni Republic, Langer's Delicatessen Restaurant, Sushi Gen, Philippe the Original, and Wurstküche. It's really a foodie's paradise! 🍣🍔🌮 Of course, the hotel also has some minor drawbacks, such as the parking fee being a bit expensive. And because it's in the city center, it may be a bit noisy on weekends. But this doesn't stop me from loving this hotel. 🤭 Overall, Downtown LA Proper Hotel is definitely a good choice for traveling to Los Angeles, whether it's for shopping, dining, or playing, it's very convenient. I recommend everyone to experience it! 🎉

Kinopio’s Cafe @ USJ

#fallishere This is the Super Mario theme cafe inside USJ. The decoration and atmosphere are so fun and interesting The food presentation was, of course, top notch but the food actually was pretty tasty! Only gripe was that it was pretty pricey for a small portion so it's mainly paying for the hype of it all. We ordered the : Kid's Hamburger Meal with Mario Figurine Pick Mario’s Bacon Cheeseburger Mushroom Soup Super Star Hot Yuzu Lemonade Super Star Lemon Squash Soda Block Tiramisu USJ is famous for its excellent service, and the waiter will also offer to help take pictures, which is great

Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills

Rodeo Drive is a two-mile-long street in Beverly Hills and it is famous of being the shopping ground of the rich and famous celebrities in Los Angeles. Of course, it is not only exclusive to them as anyone can swipe their cards or use their Apple Pay here to shop till they drop. Developed in the early 1900s, it kept extending until the size that it is today. In fact, it is one of the most visited places in Los Angeles, alongside Disneyland and Universal Studios. Even if you don't love shopping, it is also worth visiting just to people-watch and car-watch. There is no harm just walking around and basking in the atmosphere. #meetlosangeles #usa

A Visit to Griffith Observatory

For those astronomy enthusiasts or who are interested in stargazing is one of the best spot. Beside arts and stargazing, the view of Hollywood sign from here with the photogenic views is where many visitors as well. Of course, Griffith Observatory's main draw, though the free entry was certainly a bonus. A fee of between $6 and $10 to see the planetarium shows is worth it if you happen to be there too.

|First time understanding the concrete meaning of "happiness". As soon as I got off the car, my brain automatically played LALA LAND🎵 Successfully captured the sunset on a crowded Saturday🌄 Sunset collection+1✅ Uber slowly drove up the mountain, and I saw the sunset through the car window Suddenly understood what "breathtaking beauty" is Both phone and camera were used, but only captured 30% of its beauty A spontaneous decision so no show ticket was reserved, but the sunset was worth the round-trip fare (By the way, leave an excuse for the next visit) 💁🏻‍♀️Practical tips: ✅On weekends or evenings, it is recommended to take Uber directly, which is convenient and avoids the need to find parking ✅If you want to drive yourself, you can locate and park at the Greek Theater, but it is recommended to check if there are any performances on the day of departure. If there are performances, Uber is more convenient ✅If you are interested in astronomy, you can visit the observatory. The dome murals and the Bosko clock in the hall are very interesting ✅If you want to take a photo of the sunset, come at least one hour in advance. If you arrive late, the Uber drop-off point has the best view ✅To go downhill, you can take a shuttle bus to the bottom of the mountain and then take a taxi, which will be cheaper

Interstellar Check-in: A Futuristic Shock in an 80s Building

Interstellar Check-in: A Futuristic Shock in an 80s Building

While visiting my girlfriend in San Francisco, she casually asked, "Where do you want to go?" I thought for a moment and said, "Let's go to the Interstellar headquarters." That's right, the mysterious location where scientists gather in the movie is actually the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in downtown Los Angeles (address: 404 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA). Futuristic Architecture: The World's First Atrium Hotel Completed in 1977, this hotel was designed by renowned American architect John Portman Jr. It features the world's first "atrium" concept, with a massive skylight that lets natural light pour into the interior, combined with sightseeing elevators, concrete structures, various lines, and light and shadow, giving the entire building a futuristic sci-fi feel. No wonder directors love to shoot here. Space Capsule Red Sofa Check-in Point After entering the hotel lobby, take the elevator to the fifth floor, where you can find the red "space capsule" sofas that left a deep impression in Interstellar. If you go up one more floor, you can see a bridge that connects the hotel to the city, like a passage to an alien world in a sci-fi movie. Controversy and Charm Coexist Westin Bonaventure in the Eyes of Theorists Fredric Jameson: He called it ambitious, wanting to become a holistic space or "miniature city" with strong inclusivity and integrity. Edward Soja: Criticized it as a concentrated expression of "late capitalist urban reconstruction space," with space fragmented, homogenized, and "packaged," seemingly open but constantly compressed and restricted. Westin Bonaventure in the Eyes of Directors Despite mixed reviews, it remains a favorite in film and television. In addition to Interstellar, it has appeared in many classic films, including: In the Line of Fire, True Lies, Forget Paris, Strange Days, Blue Thunder, Fatal Instinct, Gattaca, Rain Man, The Big Fix, The Lincoln Lawyer, Lethal Weapon, and more. Your Curiosity Determines the Meaning of Travel If you're interested in architecture, movie locations, or sci-fi style, the Westin Bonaventure Hotel is definitely worth a visit. It allows you to relive the scenes from those classic films and experience the unique architectural space and futuristic feel. Next time you're in Los Angeles, consider adding it to your itinerary! More Information / Welcome to Add: In addition to Interstellar, In the Line of Fire, True Lies, and other films, if you know of any other works shot at the Westin Bonaventure, feel free to share them, so more movie fans and travelers can check in at this "movie city" hotel.

Instagrammable spot: Los Angeles Sky Observation Deck ✨

Instagrammable spot: Los Angeles Sky Observation Deck ✨

As a popular check-in spot, I have always wanted to visit the LAOUESkyspace in Los Angeles. Today, I finally made it! The sky is the limit. Observation deck is located in the tallest building in California - the Federal Bank Building, where many Hollywood blockbusters have been filmed. View! I have to say the scenery from high up is really amazing. The 360-degree panoramic terrace allows you to overlook the entire Los Angeles. City view, I arrived near dusk, which can be said to be the best time to enjoy the scenery. You can see the city. The sunset glow on the horizon is simply stunning! Two super famous photo spots are the Angel's Wings and the fully transparent glass slide. You can see outside while sliding down. The scenery, about 14 meters long, can slide from the 70th floor to the 69th floor of the building, and the whole process is still a bit... A little bit exciting, although the experience is not yet satisfying, it has already ended. The angel wings usually require queuing, but... It's still very fast~ When it was my turn, there happened to be a sunset glow, with rainbow-colored wings shining in the glow. Still very beautiful! Address: 633W5thSt, Los Angeles, CA90071 Ticket: $25/person, add slide $33/person.

Downtown Los Angeles, a pleasant surprise!

Downtown Los Angeles, a pleasant surprise!

Downtown Los Angeles has had a bad reputation for many years for abandoned buildings, crime and a homeless problem - however I was pleasantly surprised when I visited. The area has seen lots of development with much of the historic architecture restored, big shops have opened and various food markets and street food spots have popped up. With most visitors preferring to visit the beach side locations the city is more famous for downtown has become quite overlooked. I found lots of bars and restaurants with very interesting menus, seating areas and rooftop bars - some with fantastic views that show you the clash of old and new around you. There are book shops, cafes and ice cream parlors that have some very instagrammable spots. Downtown is within walking distance of LA Live entertainment district, Chinatown, little Tokyo and the famous angel’s flight funicular railway. There is plenty of parking and it’s a nice place to spend the day exploring, getting a different experience compared to beach side Malibu & Santa Monica. #timetotravel #trip #instatravel #chinatown #losangeles #Downtownla
