In this season of fireworks in March, we come to see the blessed state of Fuzhou Originally, my friends and I planned to visit Yangzhou in March, but we were discouraged by the crowds in the south and turned to Fuzhou for a two-day tour. We set off after work on Friday and arrived in Fuzhou at eleven o'clock at night. After dropping off our luggage at the hotel, we found a small restaurant called No.1 Pan-fried Bun, but we ordered meat swallows, shark fin smooth, and fish balls. Not picky about food, I thought everything was quite good, and not yet fully satisfied, we ordered another portion of pan-fried buns! The next day we got up early for a Fuzhou specialty, 'pot side', a soup with a light and fresh taste that cured my stomach in the morning! Seafood rice noodles, it's hard to capture its large portion in a photo, the rice noodles were filled with various small seafood, the greens were fresh and lovely, so satisfying! For lunch, we chose Wangzhuang Ami, the Buddha Jumps Over the Wall was very fresh; the lychee pork was very sweet; my favorite was the taro paste, sweet but not greasy, rich and dense, I really loved the taro paste head! Shangxia Hang, walking along the water, if not for the banyan trees giving it away, you would think you were in the south; take a walk on Yantai Mountain, breathe in the forest air, very refreshing; the love tree in Sanfang Qixiang made us stop and admire, as if we had come to a Miyazaki anime; but my favorite is still Fudao, strolling up, looking into the distance, listening to the birds, blowing in the mountain breeze, how pleasant! After seeing the posts on social media, I learned that there is a large cedar forest in Fuzhou National Forest Park. Enter from the south gate of the forest park, and then follow the lakeside wooden plank road to find it. The cedars here are mainly pond cedars, and there are a few metasequoias. Although it is said to be 'walking on ice in the third and fourth nine days', this piece of reddish-brown cedar, coupled with the bright and warm sunshine, makes this winter in Fuzhou particularly warm and comfortable.
