Dikke 10! Personeel zeer vriendelijk, niks is teveel, fantastisch! Schone ruime kamer. Ontbijt en diner super! Van der Valk Zwolle is een voorbeeld voor menig ander Van der Valk hotel. We zijn al meerdere keren te gast geweest in Zwolle en zullen nog vaak terug komen. Hartelijk dank allemaal!

Nice hotel, clean. We had roomservice for dinner, it was quick and it tasted good. They also had very nice desserts. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is not noisy at all. I go here more often. Breakfast is also good, they have plenty of food and it’s fresh till the end.

De kamers zijn echt prima in orde. Heel ruim opgezet, netjes, schoon, geen last van de snelweg. De badkamer is van alle luxe voorzien, met een inloop regendouche en een heerlijk bad. Kleine tip: misschien ook badschuim toevoegen aan de gratis items die bij het bad staan. Het ontbijt is echt subliem. Alles, maar dan ook alles was er. Hier kan echt niemand over te klagen hebben. De mensen zijn erg vriendelijk. Ik had om een stille kamer gevraagd maar helaas werd ik in de ochtend rond ***5/7.00 uur gewekt door flinke doffe knallen. Niet kunnen achterhalen wat het was. Maar het was erg vervelend omdat dit een half uur lang door ging. De werkzaamheden aan de andere kant van het hotel kunnen het niet geweest zijn omdat die naar zeggen van de receptionist pas om 7.30 uur zouden beginnen. Tip: als iemand om een stille kamer vraag, misschien een kamer aan de uiteinden geven en niet eentje met onder, boven, zijkanten buren.

Wat een onpersoonlijk hotel. Ontvangst; zeer onpersoonlijk. Dame die ons incheckte keek ons amper aan. 's avonds tijdens het diner tot 2 x toe om de wijnkaart gevraagd die er niet was volgens een dame uit de bediening, (leek ons onwaarschijnlijk) gelukkig van een ober wel gekregen. Alles was betaald maar bij het uitchecken moesten we toch nog even € 0,50 betalen want dat misten ze nog op de rekening van ruim € 600 "ja, sorry....het staat er als opmerking bij dus ik moet het doorgeven" Massa hotel, gastvrijheid kennen ze niet. Jonge medewerkers zijn waarschijnlijk lekker goedkoop

In one word: great!!! We were there for 1 night and had the family suite. Great rooms, bathroom was luxurious, staff very friendly and great breakfast! We didn't have dinner, but we did have snacks in the bar. Chicken wings are a must. Delicious. We will definitely come back.

Nice hotel, big nice room (comfort room). Opening the door with my phone didn't work. Wonderful beds and blankets. Friendly staff. Tasty cocktails. It was very busy at breakfast. Choice and freshness was more than ok. The steak in the restaurant was delicious. Unfortunately the cod was a bit overcooked. All in all a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
