Ik boekte een hotelkamer voor 5 dagen. Toen ik de kamer binnenkwam leek deze schoon, maar in een van de kasten stonden open blikjes bier. Ik wachtte tot de volgende schoonmaakbeurt zodat het weggehaald zou worden. Maar dat was niet het geval ik heb het gemeld bij de receptie en gevraagd of de kasten ook worden schoongemaakt het antwoord was ja en dat ze er een notitie van zullen maken. Maar daar heb ik niet veel aan als deze nog steeds in mijn kamer staan en als ik de kast open doe het stinkt. Ik vind het erg jammer en ben helemaal niet tevreden.

Unfassbar tolles Hotel. Wir hatten eine Suite zum Innenbereich und diese war wirklich toll. Das Lichtspiel vor dem Fenster (Zur Hotellounge) war so schön. Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden. Das Stadion grenzt direkt am Hotel an. Es gibt drumherum leider nicht so viele Restaurants, da sollte man besser in der Stadt essen. Die Innenstadt ist schon etwas entfernt. Wer zentral sein möchte, sollte sich nach einem anderen Hotel umsehen. Wer ein ruhiges und geräumiges Zimmer möchte, ist hier super aufgehoben. Das Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe ( man kann nicht alles haben) .

Situated about 3km from the station and slightly away from the city centre, the hotel is of quite a high standard. Pleasant surprised by the huge room and all the facilities. Reception happily arranged a cab for me early morning. Really good hotel next to the stadium and sports complex.

Heerlijke bedden, mooie kamers en een goed ontbijt. s'Avonds heerlijk gedineerd in het restaurant Bleufinger van Hotel Lumen. Vanuit het hotel ben je zo in de binnenstad. Je kan fietsen huren bij de receptie. Super leuk om zo Zwolle in te gaan. Of je loopt of fiets zo de natuur in rondom Zwolle. Super locatie om Zwolle en omgeving te ontdekken.

De locatie is goed gelegen, ze hebben meer dan voldoende parkeerplaatsen. Betalen van het parkeren gaat zeer eenvoudig, wordt op rekening gezet. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Handige koopjes voor als je op reis bent, 24/7 open receptie. En natuurlijk een erg mooi pand met een mooie omgeving.

Prima hotel, top service een echte aanrader. Was daar i.v.m. ziekenhuisopname van mijn partner, onzekerheid over lengte verblijf dit was allemaal te regelen met het hotel. Er werd geweldig meegedacht! Suite was ook heerlijk om zo de tijd door te komen tussen de ziekenhuisbezoeken. Hotel is een echte aanrader ook.voor de individuele gast

Spacious and modern hotel next to the football stadium. It has a very clean outlook and offers several extras (which we didn't use). Obviously that is needed as the hotel is away from the city centre and other tourist spots. Reception staff didn't give you the impression that you were special. They however showed us perfect directions to the bicycle parking. It was nothing special but sufficient for a hotel that is located away from the city centre and effectively tailored to car tourists and sports lovers. Our room had a good view on the pitch though there was no match that evening. The room was also spacious and nicely decorated in purple colours. Nice bath and a separate rain shower with good shampoos. And again lots of space around the bath and wash basin, plus a separate toilet. The bed was very soft as were the pillows. Still we had a decent sleep as the rooms and hotel are quiet.
