Wir hatten das Apartement 4 mit einer guten Ausstattung und einem super Badezimmer. Man muss nur die Tür zu schließen und ist in der Innenstat von Zwolle, wo abends die Gastronomie pulsiert. Das hatten wir nicht erwartet. Zwolle ist eine Reise wert. Das angebotene Frühstück war sehr gut, vielfältig und lecker (siehe Foto).

Nieuw appartement, voorzien van ruime kamer met kitchenette. Ruime badkamer. Midden in het bruisende centrum. ontbijt werd keurig aan tafel geserveerd, met koffie of thee naar keuze. Hele Dikke aanrader! Naar theater de spiegel was 10 minuten wandelen

Zimmer unvorstellbar laut, Fenster defekt, Personal unfreundlich, Badezimmer schmutzig. Unser Zimmer und auch das Zimmer unserer Tochter hatten Fenster auf einen belebten Partyplatz. Unser Fenster war auch noch kaputt, das Zimmer konnte gar nicht beheizt werden. Das der Safe nicht funktioniert und das Bad schmutzig ist (mit gefährlich aussehenden elektrischen Leitungen) hätten wir noch ertragen können. Wenn wir hätten schlafen können. Die Lautstärke im Zimmer war am Mitternacht so hoch, das uns gegenseitig nicht verstehen konnten. Diesen Beitrag schreibe ich Samstag sehr früh. Wir haben bis Sonntag im voraus bezahlt. Wir checken Samstag aus. Es ist unerträglich. Ob wir das Geld für den nächsten Tag wieder kriegen, werden wir noch sehen. Eigentlich sollten wir alles plus Schmerzensgeld bekommen.

Cool lofty space, friendly people right in town.
If it was just me staying here it would have been perfect. I love the location, Zwolle’s old town is an amazing place to stay. The room was large but the shower and sink area had no door, which presents some problems when you have other people there with you. The separate toilet although not uncommon in the Netherlands is a bit of a pain. It wasn’t the room in the photo, so we had different expectations, but this is our own fault. Our daughter had to sleep in a sofa bed, which again we were not expecting.
The lack of a TV in the sleeping area was a bit of a miss, but we made do. The room was clean, but it could definitely benefit from a bit of a freshen up and good solid cleaning. That said, the staff was amazing!!! Friendly helpful and communication was easy.

Inte ofta blir man överraskad av ett boende man bokat, detta var ett sådant tillfälle. Mycket trevligt rum, perfekt beläget och mycket tillmötesgående personal.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en uitleg, mooie en ruime kamer met kookgelegenheid. Dat laatste was niet herkenbaar bij het reserveren.
Ontbijt was ruim voldoende alleen iets meer aandacht voor de tht datum van bijvoorbeeld de boter en de plakjes uitgedroogde kaas.
Verder waren we helemaal tevreden en als we nog een keer terugkomen in Zwolle gaan we zeker weer naar dit hotel
