Eine Nacht im mit Abstand teuersten Hotel der Stadt brauchen wir nicht noch einmal. Wir hatten ein Executive Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett gebucht und bekamen ein Executive Zimmer mit zwei Betten. Als wir uns bei der Rezeption darüber beschwerten, bekamen wir zwar ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, allerdings war es kein Executive Zimmer mehr. Eine neuerliche Beschwerde bei der Rezeption war jedoch ergebnislos und so mussten wir in dem überaus kleinen Zimmer nächtigen. Der Boden des Badezimmers müsste dringend mal richtig gereinigt werden. Da waren noch sehr viele Spuren vorangegangener Gäste sichtbar. In der Minibar lagen übrigens auch noch Medikamente vorangegangener Gäste. Aber das passt zum Gesamteindruck dieses Hotels. Schon beim Einchecken wurden wir sehr nüchtern und ohne Freundlichkeit behandelt. Die Dame fragte weder nach einer angenehmen Anreise, noch nach einem schönen Aufenthalt. Eine zweite Mitarbeiterin, die mit uns grußlos den Lift bestieg, verliess diesen ebenso grußlos. Die junge Rezeptionisten vom Check Inn sahen wir am Abend noch einmal an der Rezeption. Sie ignorierte uns geflissentlich, da sie mit einem jungen Mann sehr enge Konversation hielt und dies offensichtlich wichtiger war. Alles in allem sehr unprofessionell und schlecht geführt. Die Preise im Hotelrestaurant suchen übrigens auch seinesgleichen. Dass es auf dem Zimmer kein kostenloses Wasser gab versteht sich von selbst.

Gutes Hotel in bester Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt unter dem Hotel. Service und Empfang waren sehr freundlich. Zimmer in ausreichender Größe und gutem Schlafkomfort. Frühstück in guter Qualität mit einem ausreichendem Angebot. Gutes Restaurant und Bar im Haus.

Die Zimmer sind ok, sehr modern halt.Leider mit Badewanne und nicht Dusche.Sind absolut nicht auf gruppen eingestellt.Buffet wird nicht alles nachgereicht,essen recht ok.Management mit den Getränken mehr als mühsam und kompliziert.Für uns waren fast nur ganz frische Lehrlinge eingesetzt,sehr höflich aber total überfordert und wurden allein gelassen.Ist nicht ok!!
