This hotel is not even close to being a five-star or luxury hotel. I don't know what criteria Ctrip uses to judge it? It's just an apartment-style hotel that can't even be considered a three-star hotel. Except for the good location, other aspects are completely bad. I booked this hotel based on the reviews on Ctrip. I was so cheated!

The service is very good. The location is a bit remote. We have to take a car to go out. They helped us upgrade to a superior room. The service is good. The photo is of the nearby scenery.

Wonderful staff. Spacious rooms. A/C worked well. Outlets near bed would be welcome. Breakfast pretty decent. Close to lake and Bahnhofstrasse.

This is an excellent hotel in a quiet but convenient area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was a gorgeous suite with very nice furniture and was very clean. We highly recommend that hotel for business or vacation.

Excellent hotel. It is in a renovated old building . We received a very warm greeting upon checking in. Our suite was very nice . There was a handwritten note written personally to me welcoming us as well as a bowl of fruit. That personal touch made us feel so good. There was even a roll out writing desk . The bathroom was big and well appointed . The shower was great . The bed comfortable . Everything was very clean . My only issue was the cable or satélite was not working and there were very few TV stations available. And there was no pay per view . But the management were aware of it and I saw workers coming in to fix it . The location is great - you can walk to all of the attractions. Zurich is a great waking city . We did not eat at the restaurant. From glancing at the breakfast menu , I could see how expensive it was . But that’s Zurich ! One of the most expensive cities in Europe . There is a Starbucks and a hamburger restaurant around the corner if you want an alternative. Highly recommended hotel .
