The hotel has a good environment, clean, comfortable and quiet.
The restaurant downstairs has very good food and mixology, and it is a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The hotel is located in a pedestrian area. If you want to drive to the hotel to drop off your luggage, remember to contact the hotel first to apply for a permit pass.

Don't expect anything in line with the price level. It's a beautiful old town building, the rooms are nicely decorated, but also quite spartan. There isn't even a mini bar with mineral water. The wifi is just very random, which in 2024 is just not acceptable at this price and rating level. No room service, etc. It's very nicely located in the old town and hence you have a lot of restaurant around which brings also the down side of the noise in the street, especially on week-ends. I wanted to have a beer downstairs in the hotel's own bar, but I was told that the tables were reserved, so they stayed empty (half the terrace) for more than 2 hours. It doesn't take 2 hours to drink a beer :-)

Quiet but convenient location in the center of Zurich. Room with modern décor and high ceilings was clean; complimentary coffee and tea provided in the lobby 24 hours. There are numerous restaurants in the area with lots of shops!

Loved this hotel! Great location, near restaurants and shopping. Also near the tram to get everywhere! Our room surprised us with a balcony. The only one in the hotel. What a treat.
