It was a very depressing experience. No one told me that I had to go up the hill to get to the destination from the train station. I arrived at night, tired and with luggage. Sigh!

The hotel has self-check-in. Ctrip did not send a reservation number starting with 4, so I had to contact the hotel staff to check in. The hotel is not close to the train station, and you need to walk for 10 minutes or take a tram. However, at this price, there are not many choices in Zurich. Fortunately, the hotel is clean and ok for business trips.
