I stay here for 2 night its little bite far from the city but we can take the shuttle bus and train to go to central you just have to walk about 650kilometre to get to the bus station

We needed to be near the University and this hotel is as close as it gets.Also very convenient for trams and walks into the city and other shopping centres. Hotel staff are well trained and cleaning staff were very kind and flexible.

Such a nice hotel, what we loved the most was how cosy and warm it was, also the receptionists where very friendly and spoke our language Avery time they saw us. I will defined recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel. Although small, it has its own gym on the underground first floor. The front desk was very friendly and told me where the nearest pharmacy is. You can find the parking space within the blue line on the street outside the door. It is free at night.

I really regret choosing this hotel because I was misled by the picture of the triple room and thought it was at least on the second floor. But when I told the customer service of Ctrip that all triple rooms were on the first floor, they hung up on me. What kind of attitude is that? We went there very early, around 4pm, and 3pm is the earliest check-in time. Was it the last family room? As soon as I entered the room, there was a musty smell, which was choking: (There was no sunlight at all, and it was completely blocked by the plants outside. I basically couldn't sleep at night. It was full of bugs 🐞 mosquitoes 🦟... My son and I killed many of them! To be honest, how can you live in such a room! The location is very bad, and it is far from the station. We were afraid that we would not be able to get back in time after storing our luggage, so we had to spend hundreds of dollars to store our luggage at the airport. It is not recommended to stay here! The shower room in the bathroom is completely for the disabled. There is no glass partition, and all the water splashed out! I seriously suspect that they discriminate against Chinese people and don't give good rooms. They asked the white people in front of me all kinds of questions, saying what kind of room do you need? Is it a big bed or a twin bed?... As soon as we arrived, we were only given a dark room at the edge of the first floor. If I had known that your triple room was only on the first floor, why would I have booked it! I also booked it three and a half months in advance, and indicated that I needed a room with a window on a high floor, but it didn't work at all! It ruined our last night in Zurich! I was very angry and couldn't sleep at all! Chinese compatriots must not stay here! It's not worth it!

The room is not too big, but very cozy and comfortable to live in. The location is also very good, very close to the city center. The surrounding area is very quiet, the service attitude is also very good, five-star praise.

I arrived at around 10 o'clock in the evening, and after searching for a while, I found the hotel's check-in number and there was actually a parking space. I was lucky, and the location was very close to the Zurich Museum of Fine Arts. The next day we were allowed to park the car until we left at 3pm, which was a good experience.

The location of the hotel is very good. It has its own parking lot 🅿️ right in front of the hotel. It is a treasure accommodation place for self-driving tours. It is only a few minutes away from the art museum and a 10-minute walk to the lake where the swans are fed. After feeding the swans 🦢 all the attractions are there. It can be reached on foot, even for an 80-year-old mother. Walking around the old town of Zurich is not tiring at all.

The room is a bit small, but considering that it is a hotel renovated from an entire private house (in a residential area), the original rooms should be divided into multiple rooms. The overall decoration is very new, newer than most hotels in Switzerland. There is free swiss chocclate at the front desk of the hotel, which is very delicious. What is commendable is that the hotel provides a microwave at the front desk, and guests can borrow various tools from the hotel restaurant on the first floor, so they can buy food from the supermarket outside and heat it up. Overall it feels like a family hotel

The location seems average, but it's actually 5 minutes away from the bus line. It's quiet, very refined, and the service attitude is relatively good. Breakfast is in the basement.
