I can‘t accept the level of hygiene as it was 170€ per night. And please consider that checkin time is only from 3pm. Before that it is not possible…

It requires a short walk from the train station. The room is somewhat small, but it is located near the old town walking street.

The service and attitude of staff are outstanding. Fabulous eateries nearby and very convenient for travelers who aim to explore the old town area and explore outside Zurich via bus or train.

The location was easy to find and access. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quite small for two adults carrying two large suitcases, and it was quite hard to fully open both in the room simultaneously. Overall, it was still great.

Terrible, I was downgraded, because my room category was overbooked. No financial compensation offered. Chocolate fountain was also broken. Not recommended!!!

This hotel is superb value and in an excellent location. The room was very small, but still good value and meet my needs for a short overnight stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Really nice location, walkable from the bahnhof. It's very close to the Zurich lake and the touristic spots. Friendly staff and great breakfast, the chocolate fondue is a must try

it's not too far from the train station, but the single room is smaller than a hotel in Tokyo. staff do not care much, just sty there and wait for things to happen. breakfast is very poor. bed was comfortable however, the location is convenient really. I slept well at the end but did not expect such a "shoe box" room.

Location is good & international, so there can meet up with different peoples there, the local people are nice & neat. The hotel is at the centre of the city, it’s convenient to a green visitor—when arriving & out from the airport, it only takes a minute to walk out & jumping into a city tram & around half hour to dropping off from the station called “Central” & walk 2-3 minutes to the hotel. One important thing, you can walk along & see a beautiful river, amazing!
