烏江寨的管理模式適合烏鎮、古北水鎮同一種方式，在景區服務處辦理入住的時候告知三郎客棧無房，問是否接受調劑，最後給調劑到鹽幫客棧，所以實際入住的是鹽幫，此點評也是對實際入住的鹽幫客棧進行點評去，首先，鹽幫客棧的位置真是太好了，無論去到哪裡都十分方便，其次鹽幫客棧的服務也很細心，房間也很乾凈，在客棧餐廳就可看到江上的表演，如果下次入住還會選擇鹽幫客棧！

房間不錯，進出酒店都有工作人員全程協助，。先在景區外辦理入住，行李託運進去，我們在坐觀光車進去景區，遊玩得差不多在到酒店入住。飯菜也好吃

房間整潔，木結構，做舊如舊，無異味，窗外風景不錯，有一條河，河上有船，船也是做舊如舊風，樓下有一個餐廳，不大但很温馨

設施：設施設備配套完善，由烏江寨景區統一管理運營，服務標準比較高。入住流程順利。
衞生：很好，細節做得不錯。
環境：舒適宜人，適合於週末家庭親子度假休閑
服務：很不錯。而且周邊吃喝玩樂一條龍服務，物價水平都是統一規劃統一管理，比較規範。

房子還行，清潔衞生也不錯，早餐種類太少了。並且可能是節假日，價格偏高。平時應該不會這麼高，工作人員還是比較熱情，幫忙拿行李這些。

客棧工作人員都很熱情，早餐品種也挺多，水果，蔬菜，蒸點，飲品，現煮的麪和粉都有，景區擺渡車到站有工作人員接，比較安靜的位置，就是晚上樓道里也不知道是什麼在響，睡眠輕感覺有點吵，退房離開工作人員可以打電話叫擺渡車，整體比較滿意的一次假期。
