The hotel itself is great. Modern, clean, quiet. Reception is not staffed on Saturday, so you have to check in at the Park Hotel and that is where breakfast was on Sunday. It’s not far, but not convenient. It’s walkable from the train station. Good breakfast.

Excellent hotel, nice, large rooms, faboulous vegan meals in restaurant! Daniela at reception can help you on everything, so polite and professional! Located in the Park, sorrounded with trees and birds singing but still in city centre, 5 min walk to train station.

Facilities and hotel standard were excellent but I found some of the small things very disappointing. For almost £900 for two nights I found some of the penny pinching ridiculous. Welcome treats were not replaced (it was a small chocolate!) and the vanity set was repacked into cardboard case rather than replaced - it was opened to use the cotton buds. Excellent hotel but these little things were very disappointing.

After 11 pm the check-in for this hotel is at a different hotel, Park Hotel Zug. Which is at least 250 m away. There's no guidance on how to get there. There is no one on front desk. This is feels like a 2 or 3 star hotel at most. Terrible experience.

Once again a really lovely evening. The food was great and the service was simply top notch. 👍The crowning glory was the dessert. The waiter, Mr. Serdal, was always very friendly and competent. He contributed a lot to the successful evening. I always enjoy coming back. 20.02.24

The room is new, clean and conformable. Front desk staff was also great. Unfortunately the air conditioning system is very noisy and turned on and off all night. I could not sleep because of this. I would unfortunately not book again for this reason.

PRO: Friendly staff, good location, easy parking, spacious and modern rooms CON: The open bathroom prevents any privacy. Because there are mirrors everywhere, you can see every corner of the room and you can be seen. In my opinion, the toilet also doesn't have a real door, so you can take part in "everything". Another point: In the building and especially on the ground floor, it ALWAYS smells of the kitchen and especially of cold fat from the deep fryer. I've been there several times now and it's really penetrating, even repulsive to me.
